Exercise is the concrete embodiment of the lesson target.With the use of2020“General High School Textbook Biology”(hereinafter referred to as “The New Textbook”)in most parts of the country,more and more people pay attention to the new textbook.However,the research about the new textbook exercises is very few in the related research.Therefore,through the comparison between the new textbook and the “Senior High School Curriculum Standard Experimental Textbook Biology”(hereinafter referred to as“The Old Textbook”),this paper aims to excavate the core literacy value behind the changes in the post-class exercises.for the front-line teachers to better grasp the new teaching materials,optimize the teaching exercises to provide a reference basis.Provide a reference basis for the front-line teachers to grasp the new teaching materials and optimize the teaching exercises.This paper mainly uses the literature research method,the comparison research method and the questionnaire survey method.Firstly,through the form of questionnaire,this paper investigates the current situation of the use of new and old textbook exercises in Xinjiang Urumqi l school,Urumqi m school and Karamay n school,so as to lay the foundation for the teaching strategy of follow-up exercise class.Secondly,carry out quantitative comparative research on the exercise presentation mode and exercise content of the required parts of the new and old textbooks,so as to lay a foundation for the suggestions on the use of exercises in the follow-up new textbooks.We can conclude that:(1)The students generally believe that the new textbook exercises have a large amount of information and high demand on students' analytical ability for the new textbook exercises after class.Teachers appropriately followed the old textbook after-class problem-solving model and innovated and filtered some of the problem-solving methods.(2)The design of exercises in new textbooks pays more attention to the cultivation of students' higher-order thinking and the implementation of “Scientific thinking”and “Scientific inquiry”with the aim of exploration,the addition of scientific context further indirectly influences the achievement of the other two core competencies.(3)Based on the teaching experience and literature,this paper puts forward the teaching strategy of “Guiding students system”,game-based teaching strategy and concept teaching strategyBased on the standard of biology curriculum in senior high school,this paper puts forward some views such as :(1)Arranging teaching contents and exercises properly.(2)Adjusting the order of exercises reasonably and pay attention to the level and sequence of exercises.(3)Organizing students to study actively with the characteristic of inquiry.Moreover,this article also puts forward the suggestion of using different teaching strategies in exercise lesson.
