Countries increasingly attach importance to sports discipline education,however,the current sports curriculum subject can be a problem with a single,monotonous,thin,on the other hand,the state vigorously promote discipline core literacy in order to enhance discipline construction ability,therefore a boom in emerging sports into the campus background,the aim of this study is to promote the combination of sports discipline core literacy and karate lessons.Based on it,this research uses literature method,interview method,experiment method and mathematical statistics method to develop a set of junior high school karate curriculum under the framework of physical education discipline literacy raised by the new course criterion,and tests the practical effect of this curriculum in practice.Combined with the requirements of course standard,expert interview suggestions,textbook analysis and learning situation analysis,this study has preliminarily completed the curriculum design of karate elective course.Sports ability,healthy behaviours and sports moral always carry out in the curriculum design,the whole course from the target,target to each module of the module,and then to each class of specific objectives,to form a "macro,medium and micro" three layers of target vertical structure with four big modules horizontal structure,interweave,powered by small target big goal.Completion of course design,this study,west of the nanjing jinling high school campus to carry out the teaching experiment,the experimental group(N=30)for karate elective courses of students and control group randomly selected for the karate students sports elective(N=30),a semester teaching experiment results show that: under the sports ability dimension,the experimental group before and after contrast found sitand-reach(t = 4.723,P<0.05)sit-ups(t=3.332,P<0.05)motion perception(t=2.586,P<0.05)and thinking ability(t=2.330,P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(t=1.171,P<0.05),the experimental group was 1.9cm higher than the control group on average;There was a significant difference in sit-up scores(t=0.638,P<0.05),the experimental group was0.7 more than the control group on average;Motion perception score(t=2.586,P<0.05),the score of the experimental group increased by 1.8 compared with the control group.In the dimension of health behavior,the comparison between the experimental group and the control group showed that the mastery and use of health knowledge(t=2.175,P<0.05),and there was a significant difference in emotional regulation indexes between the experimental group and the control group(t=1.391,P<0.05),the score of the experimental group was 0.3 higher than that of the control group.Under the dimension of sports morality,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the illuminance.Based on this,this study draws the following conclusions:1.The karate course of junior middle school designed on the basis of the framework system of core accomplishment of physical education discipline proposed by the new curriculum standard significantly improves students' flexibility and core strength under the dimension of sports ability,and can significantly improve the level of movement perception in sports cognition.2.The karate course of junior middle school designed on the basis of the framework system of physical education core literacy proposed by the new curriculum standard has improved the awareness of physical exercise and the regulation of habitual emotions in the dimension of healthy behavior to a certain extent,but it is not obvious enough.It needs longer investment and attention in the follow-up education practice.3.The karate curriculum of junior middle school designed based on the framework system of core accomplishment of physical education discipline proposed by the new curriculum standard has not shown significant effect in the dimension of sports morality.The role of physical education discipline in it needs more practical research with a longer span of time to verify.
