Under the background of curriculum reform which emphasizing the development of students' core literacy,crosscutting concepts has attracted extensive attention.Crosscutting concepts is the ideological tool to understand the scientific world and the necessary interdisciplinary literacy in the field of Science.It is of great value for students to adapt to the development of future society.However,the utility value of crosscutting concepts needs to be realized through teachers' teaching,which makes us have to pay attention to teachers' PCK for teaching crosscutting concepts.In order to understand the current situation and development of teachers' PCK for teaching crosscutting concepts,this study puts forward the key problems to be solved: What is the connotation of teachers' PCK for teaching crosscutting concepts?What are the elements? What is the level and characteristics of preservice chemistry teachers' PCK for teaching crosscutting concepts? What are the influencing factors?How to improve preservice chemistry teachers' PCK for teaching crosscutting concepts?Therefore,this study determines the connotation and constituent elements of teachers' PCK for teaching crosscutting concepts through literature research,constructs the evaluation system of teachers' PCK for teaching crosscutting concepts combined with expert consultation,and develops the evaluation tool of preservice chemistry teachers' PCK for teaching crosscutting concepts.By means of questionnaire,this paper understands the current situation and characteristics of preservice chemistry teachers' PCK for teaching crosscutting concepts,analyzes the factors affecting their development,and puts forward the ways to improve the preservice chemistry teachers' PCK for teaching crosscutting concepts,which provides reference suggestions for teachers' professional development.The study found that the preservice chemistry teachers' PCK for teaching crosscutting concepts is average,the different aspects of Crosscutting Concepts PCK is not at the same level,and there are significant differences in the Crosscutting Concepts PCK level of teachers with different educational backgrounds and professional backgrounds.The development of Crosscutting Concepts PCK of preservice chemistry teachers is affected by personal experience,teaching practice,professional training and teacher cooperation.Therefore,it is proposed that the improvement of teachers' PCK level should Strengthen literature reading to promote research and teaching;Participate in study activities and take the initiative to learn;Facing teaching practice,introspection and internalization;Break through discipline boundaries and cooperate in teaching.
