The teaching of foreign literary works is the feature and difficulty of Chinese Curriculum.At present,the teaching of foreign literary works in senior high schools in China lacks the awareness of "foreign" literary works,and the classroom teaching fails to reflect the characteristics of foreign literary texts.Ignore the stylistic personality of the works,resulting in the model of classroom teaching;Ignoring the foreign culture in the works lacks the implementation path of cultural value classroom transformation.Based on the present situation of teaching,this paper introduces the theory of translation and explores the nature of its product--foreign literary works from the perspective of translation nature.Different schools of translation studies have different understandings of the nature of translation.The school of translation linguistics holds that translation is the conversion of interlingual meaning,which can not be totally completed due to the difference of interlingual system.As a result,the translation retains some foreign language characteristics and forms its own unique language style,namely "translation accent".The translation literary school regards translation as a part of literary processing,and holds that foreign literary works are the crystallization of the joint creation of the author and translator.Based on the social and cultural background of translation,translation studies school defines foreign literary works as the product of cross-cultural practice from a macro level,and focuses on the collision and embodiment of multiculturalism.Based on the nature of foreign literary works from the perspective of translation studies,This paper discusses the teaching objectives,contents and methods of foreign literary works in senior high school in combination with the actual needs of Chinese curriculum and teaching,and tries to construct a distinctive teaching of foreign literary works in senior high school.First of all,we should pay attention to language characteristics and innovate teaching objectives: to help students improve their language acuity,enhance their appreciation of literature,and improve their ability to understand and use written Chinese by using the translation elements of foreign literary works.Secondly,it pays attention to stylistic personality and selects teaching content:taking western classic novel as an example,plot,narration and characters are determined as the main teaching content to highlight its stylistic characteristics of compact plot,flexible narration and prominent main characters.At the same time,based on the reconstruction of foreign novel appreciation knowledge system,to provide a thinking frame for reading analysis.Thirdly,pay attention to cultural elements and enrich teaching implementation: clarify the connotation of foreign culture through classification and examples,and formulate teaching objectives based on understanding foreign culture in combination with curriculum requirements.Inspired by the academic keywords of translation studies,such as "manipulation,context and comparison",this paper proposes to analyze the phenomenon of misreading,pay attention to the text and cultural context,and construct a teaching method of comparative reading of Chinese and foreign literary works,supplemented by practical teaching examples,so as to enrich the implementation path of classroom teaching. |
