With the intense development of globalization,culturalcommunication happens more frequently than ever before.Whencollide unprecedented communication and foster impresses thedifferent cultures,the the country’s future successors havecross-cultural awareness, with a global vision directly related tothe country’s development process. In this context, carrying thehumanities education, cultural heritage is an important duty of theChinese language course became a minor cross-cultural awarenesstraining for an important position. The selection of the Chineselanguage course out of foreign literary works, just open the doorfor students to understand the world, feel the exotic culture.This article is to heterogeneous cultural background as astarting point, combined with the New Curriculum emphasis onmulticulturalism and respect, for international culturalintegration trend, penetrate the cross-cultural awareness timelyinto high school language teaching to foreign literary works. Incombination with a focus on Baoding secondary school teachers andstudents of foreign literature teaching satisfaction survey tostart, analyzes literary works of high school foreign languageteaching in the presence of heterogeneous cultural backgroundquestions, and from the purpose of teaching, teaching content andteaching methods proposes solutions, with a view of heterogeneouscultural perspective, foreign literary works could improve highschool teaching system and provides some thinking and practicalrecommendations.The innovation of this paper is to explore the teaching content,in the perspective of different cultures, foreign literary worksof textbooks were selected text analysis of the cultural viewpoint,classified as language, literature, culture categories. Teaching mining and application specific heterogeneous cultural viewpoint,allowing the teaching of foreign literature and culture combinedwith more effective, easier to guide the students to percept exoticcultures, and play a real role in educational practice.
