Based on the achievements of the fourth Paradigm in the field of biological science,the use of the fourth paradigm in the research of disciplinary mechanism innovation has become a new way of scientific research,due to the influence of educational informatization policy and the restriction of offline contation during the COVID-19 outbreak,the development market of digital teaching materials has reached an unprecedented scale.The research is trying to replace the sample data of general subject with the fourth paradigm which is gathered by big data,through the relationship of new data to break the causality research and find inherent pattern,then generate the digital teaching materials products personalized customization and automatically push the development of service function,We will boost the modernization of high-quality and balance primary education in China.In order to understand the product operation environment,actual development and application results of current primary teaching materials in China,literature research methods and keyword analysis methods are used to sort out the research theories of existing literature,Besides,historical analysis methods,case study methods and Better-Worse coefficient detection experiments based on KANO model market survey results are used.The application analysis of the product is carried out with the primary School Chinese digital textbook 3.0 as the main research object.The result shows that the service demand of various users is the key to the product performance development,which the student users mainly need rich media presentation and reading resources.Most of the parents monitor their children’s learning progress needs;Teachers are likely to meet teaching and training evaluation needs;Informationization supervisors mainly control and supervise the demands.And the traditional paradigm which the combination of theory,practical development is not close to application research in China,still belongs to the early product development application,the function design of integration is too much simple,not shows discipline characteristic advantages,which is difficult to achieve the unity of the performance of products and personalized needs.In view of this,to study and put forward the form of points period,subject,from the specific subjects of primary school,according to the age characteristics of the target user experience,learning preference or demand,in the existing development problems using the fourth paradigm is proposed on the basis of boosting our country people of Chinese digital textbooks for primary school complete 3.0 and other digital platforms optimization advice:1.The whole system focused intelligent digital teaching material development and design model includes "layout application system,data storage system,function push system,content writing system and service feedback system".2.It requiers that publishing houses or educational institutions(personnel),after the completion of the development of digital teaching materials,should carry out research and development post-test work on the system structure,teaching content,teaching components and user interface of the developed products,to ensure that the product quality can meet the basic needs of primary school teaching.3.The study provides relevant application teaching design cases of primary school Chinese classroom teaching,in the hope that the developed teaching methods will eventually be channeled into the teaching application construction of digital textbook products of other learning sections or disciplines.Although the technological development of the fourth paradigm is not mature enough,there are problems of security interest ownership and distortion of data secondary source in the digital teaching model of primary School with the paradigm,but the scientific research method of big data has become the main trend of the development and reform of the discipline.If we can grasp the development trend of The Times and the lifeblood of science and technology in time,we can promote a world of interaction between entity perception and online data,and realize the scientific and professional development of primary school Chinese digital teaching materials.
