As General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out," Fine traditional culture is the foundation for the inheritance and development of a country or a nation.If it is lost,it will cut off its spiritual lifeline." Wushu is a traditional sport of the Chinese nation,is an important part of the excellent traditional culture,is a unique traditional cultural wealth of the Chinese nation.The addition of martial arts project teaching in schools is conducive to the inheritance of excellent traditional culture,and is of great significance to the cultivation of students’ healthy physique and hard-working spirit.However,since the introduction of "Wushu into campus" in 2017,martial arts has not yet formed a large-scale influence in primary and secondary schools.With the development of martial arts on campus,many problems have been gradually highlighted,which need to be solved urgently.In 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Youth,which proposed "strengthening school physical education work" and realizing the new task of "one school with one product,one school with many products",pointing out the direction for the reform of martial arts education in schools.This paper is represented by the martial arts project,through the analysis of the existing problems and causes of primary school martial arts,according to the basic concept of the integration of physical education,provides new ideas for the development of primary school martial arts,provides new theoretical reference for the integration of physical education in the practice of primary school physical education.In this study,literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method were used to promote the strategy of education,physical education,and 33 primary schools in Xi’an were the cases.Collect literature and national documents related to the development of primary school martial arts,understand the current situation and existing problems of campus martial arts,design three questionnaires combined with the suggestions of experts and mentors,distribute and recycle the questionnaires,and conduct the credit validity test and data statistical analysis of the collected data.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:The following conclusions are drawn from the study:(1)In terms of curriculum teaching,the martial arts teaching hours in Xi’an primary schools are reasonable,but the curriculum coverage rate is low,and the teaching content of martial arts courses is simple,which cannot meet the development needs of students at all levels,and cannot strengthen the process of "teaching".(2)In terms of teacher construction,the supply of special wushu teachers is insufficient,the school’s incentive mechanism for teachers is not perfect,and the integration of physical education department and education department is not strong.(3)In terms of after-school activities,there are few kinds of martial arts activities in primary schools,and students’ enthusiasm to participate in martial arts activities is reduced.Most schools choose to open martial arts clubs after class,but the situation is not optimistic,and "frequent practice" cannot be realized.(4)In terms of competition development,the number of wushu competitions in primary schools in Xi’an city is small,and "regular competitions" cannot be guaranteed.The schools with martial arts school teams confuse the after-school training objectives with martial arts teaching objectives,and the integration of sports and education departments in competition and training is not enough.(5)In terms of teaching facilities,xi ’an primary school martial arts curriculum facilities are short of resources,and the teaching resources cannot meet the needs of teachers and students,which is not conducive to the cultivation of students’ interests.These problems directly affect the development and promotion of martial arts in primary schools.(6)There are barriers between the sports department and the education department system.Due to the differences in talent training concepts,the sports departments and education departments cannot realize complementary advantages in the process of integration,and they are easy to fight separately;there is insufficient communication between the two departments,and there is a gap between cooperation.This paper expounds the development of primary school Wushu in Xi’an,and puts forward feasible development suggestions according to the policy requirements of "integration of sports and education".
