In recent years,the state has accelerated the renewal of teachers in the stage of compulsory education in group of teachers.In the group of new teachers,their satisfaction often determines the new teachers' overall grasp of their and interpersonal relations after they enter the post,ignoring the new teachers' expectations for the post of teachers before and after they enter the post,The job adaptability after employment often has an impact on satisfaction.The gap between expectation and reality is the key factor to determine satisfaction.Therefore,the research has certain practical significance and value.Based on the combining of theory analysis with empirical analysis,this research collects and analyzes the characteristics of new teachers,pre employment expectations,psychological change process,post employment adaptation and satisfaction,and makes an in-depth analysis of their relationship by using the methods of questionnaire,interview,text analysis and statistical analysis.A series of studies are carried out around the impact of new teachers' job expectation on job adaptability,and the relationship between new teachers' job expectation,job adaptability and satisfaction.Teachers' characteristics and teachers' pre employment expectations,summarize the expectations of new teachers who choose teachers under the arrangement of teachers' recruitment system,understand the demand characteristics of teachers' posts in the new era,and study the characteristic model of Teachers' post expectations;The second is to study the impact of new teachers' job expectation on job adaptability,and find the internal driving force of teachers' job and professional development based on the research of teachers' adaptability;The third is to explore the relationship between job expectation,job adaptability and satisfaction before and after new teachers,and explore how to improve the satisfaction of new teachers.This research finds that there is a certain and satisfaction of new teachers in primary and secondary schools.Specifically,the reduction of job satisfaction of new teachers in primary and secondary schools will lead them to think that they have not been treated fairly in the organization,further reduce their perception of job adaptability,and finally lead to job expectations.Through the research,this thesis draws some suggestions:First,education authorities should attach importance to the construction of teachers and provide a platform for learning and improvement.Second,schools should strengthen teacher training and optimize the working environment.Third,new teachers should improve their self-cultivation and teaching ability and enhance their sense of accomplishment.
