| Birds of a feather flock together.With the continuous development and evolution of social organizations,people’s understanding and exploration of informal organizations are becoming more and more in-depth and perfect.Teachers’ informal organizations are common in schools,and they are an indispensable part of the school organization system,and their influence should not be underestimated.Therefore,scientific treatment of teachers’ informal organizations,strengthening management and guidance,and giving full play to their positive influence are of great significance to improve the construction of school organizations and improve teachers’ management level.Taking 340 teachers from five public middle schools in Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province as the research sample,combined with the characteristics of middle school teachers and informal organizations,this study explores the relationship between middle school teachers’ informal organization influence analysis model and teachers’ job performance.The research conclusion verifies the causal relationship between the influence of middle school teachers’ informal organization and job performance,and further reveals the potential law of the influence of organizational environment and psychological factors on Teachers’ behavior.It not only complements and enriches the theoretical system of informal organization,but also provides practical strategies and suggestions for school related management and teachers’ behavior incentive,which has certain theoretical and practical value.The main chapters of this paper are as follows:Introduction,this part first puts forward the research problems based on the theoretical demands of relevant research and the practical needs of school management.Secondly,it comprehensively discusses and evaluates the relevant research status at home and abroad,and defines the research purpose and significance.Finally,it introduces the specific research ideas and research methods.In the first chapter,the main contents of Mayo’s interpersonal relationship theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and Lewin’s field dynamics theory are firstly introduced in this part,which provides a matching theoretical basis and analytical perspective for this study.Secondly,it defines the two core concepts of middle school teachers’ informal organizational influence and teachers’ work performance,defines the research scope,operationalizes the concept,deconstructs the measurement dimension,and lays a necessary foundation for follow-up research.In the second chapter,this part takes the influence of middle school teachers’ informal organization and teachers’ work performance as the research variables,and forms the corresponding questionnaire on the basis of teachers’ qualitative interview and referring to the existing research.The study selected teachers from five public middle schools in Zhangzhou as the survey object,collected research related data through the questionnaire survey of random samples,and tested the reliability and validity of the questionnaire to ensure the objectivity and accuracy of the research data.In the third chapter,the data collected from the questionnaires are organized,statistically and analyzed.Firstly,independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA are used to test and analyze the differences of demographic variables on the influence of middle school teachers’ informal organization and teachers’ job performance.Secondly,the correlation analysis method is used to analyze the correlation between middle school teachers’ informal organizational influence and teachers’ job performance,which provides a necessary basis for the follow-up regression analysis;Finally,using linear regression analysis method,taking demographic variables as control variables,this paper analyzes the regression effect of middle school teachers’ informal organizational influence on Teachers’ work performance,and explores the causal relationship between them.The fourth chapter,through the analysis of relevant data,summarizes the main conclusions of this study,and on the basis of the research conclusions,puts forward practical management strategies from the three levels of school,informal organization and individual teachers,with the informal organization of teachers as the starting point and the improvement of school management level and the motivation of teachers’ work as the foothold. |
