Research On The Development Strategy Of Primary School Wushu Characteristic School In Jiaozuo City

Under the background of the vigorous development of Wushu,Henan Province initiated a Wushu characteristic school,which aims to promote the process of Wushu entering the campus,cultivate reserve talents of Chinese Wushu,and provide a place for Wushu popularization and promotion.The development of Wushu characteristic schools in full swing in recent years shows that they have better adapted to the existing system,but there are still many problems to be solved,such as a series of problems such as unreasonable arrangement of Wushu courses,inadequate teaching management and differentiation of teaching resources,which will seriously restrict the healthy and sustainable development of Wushu characteristic schools.Jiaozuo City,the birthplace of Chen's Taijiquan,is a city with strong martial arts characteristics and martial arts atmosphere.This paper will rely on Jiaozuo City for exploration and research,mainly study the 12 martial arts characteristic schools contained in the region,and explore their current situation in the development of martial arts courses,the organization of martial arts activities,the training of martial arts teachers,the establishment of martial arts associations and so on,In order to find out its internal shortcomings and defects,analyze the external opportunities,internal threats and their own advantages and disadvantages of Wushu characteristic schools on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the problems,find out their internal influencing factors,summarize and sort out various influencing factors by using SWOT analysis method,integrate and match them with each other,and follow the principle of expanding advantageous factors,rectifying inferior factors Grasp the principle of avoiding external opportunities and threat factors,and promote the smooth and orderly development of Wushu schools to the greatest extent.Using a variety of research methods,this paper investigates and studies the Wushu characteristic schools at the primary school level in Jiaozuo City,and establishes the current situation of Wushu teaching activities as the introduction point of the paper through induction and integration.In addition,with the help of a variety of research methods,this paper comprehensively understands the development status of Jiaozuo Wushu characteristic school,mainly including:(1)The establishment of Wushu characteristic school is the main implementation path of the National Wushu campus policy in Henan Province.After five years of development,it has begun to take shape,and has played a vital role in the promotion and development of traditional Wushu culture and the cultivation of Wushu talents in the new era.(2)The common advantageous factors of Jiaozuo Wushu characteristic school are: 1.The state strongly supports the development of sports industry;2.The surrounding related education industries are rich and convenient for the development of the school;3.The martial arts atmosphere is strong and the conditions for practicing martial arts are superior;The disadvantages are: 1.The teaching content is "simple" and "missing",2.There are great differences in martial arts teacher resources between urban and rural areas,3.Martial arts teaching level is difficult to meet students' practice needs,4.Students lack interest in martial arts learning,5.Community activities are emerging and imperfect;Opportunities for off campus development include: 1.The superb position of Wushu brand among the local people;2.Close exchanges between Wushu schools;3.Large regional population base and low pressure on students;4.The development of Wushu industry drives the demand for Wushu talents;5.Rich resources of regional colleges and universities;Threats include: 1.Students' source materials are difficult to control,and there are obvious differences between urban and rural areas;2.Competition in off campus martial arts schools;3.Impact of foreign culture.(3)The urban-rural differences of Jiaozuo Wushu characteristic schools are particularly obvious in Teachers' teaching level,students' own quality,teachers' team construction,school leadership position and so on.(4)Wushu characteristic schools have a short development time and are in the exploratory stage.They urgently need scientific guidance to develop in the direction of standardization and scientization.Suggestions are given in combination with the conclusions:(1)The development of Jiaozuo martial arts characteristic school can be improved from the following aspects: 1.Accelerate the "brand" building of martial arts characteristic school with the help of policy convenience;2.Improve the teaching level of martial arts teachers with the help of resource advantages;3.Expand the proportion of martial arts skill courses and add martial arts theory courses;4.Improve the employment policy of internship teachers and increase the training times of martial arts teachers 5.Innovate the form of community development,6.Pay attention to the selection and matching of Wushu teaching materials,improve the reserves of Wushu books in the school,7.Pay attention to the coordinated development of interns and old teachers,accelerate the training of new teachers,8.Improve the system,optimize the quality of students,9.Strengthen self-construction,improve Wushu competitiveness,10.Explore regional Wushu resources,and strengthen the construction of campus Wushu culture 11.Strengthen students' Wushu learning motivation,12.Pay attention to Wushu competition,13.Seek external support.(2)Jiaozuo Municipal government should give some resources to rural Wushu characteristic schools to reduce the gap between them.(3)Strengthen the self construction of Jiaozuo Wushu characteristic school,adhere to the concept of people-oriented and sustainable development,and constantly improve its competitiveness,so that the development of Wushu characteristic school plays a due role in inheriting national excellent culture.
