Entering the 21 st century,China has issued a series of legal provisions to standardize and guide the development of culture,but also pointed out that the excellent traditional culture of China should be expounded from the study,the popularization of education,the protection of inheritance,the innovation and development.Communication and other aspects of coordinated progress.Martial arts culture,as a bright pearl in Chinese traditional culture,has been new for a long time since it came into being.School is the best field for Wushu inheritance and communication.In recent years,Henan Province has based on the school platform to guide the inheritance and development of Wushu.Since 2015,Henan Sports Bureau and Henan Education Department issued a circular on the declaration of martial arts characteristic schools in Henan Province.Since then,the martial arts characteristic school project carried out in primary and secondary schools in Henan Province has achieved initial results.Show the campus martial arts culture atmosphere rich,students participate in martial arts enthusiasm high good situation.As an important medium of campus martial arts communication,martial arts teachers play a decisive role in the development of campus martial arts work and the quality of cultural inheritance.Due to the establishment of martial arts characteristic schools in Henan Province,there is no precedent in China,among which there are some deficiencies in the construction of martial arts teachers.This paper adopts the methods of literature,investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to analyze the source,basic information and technical theory level of Wushu teachers in Henan Wushu characteristic schools.The teaching contents are investigated and analyzed.According to the investigation and statistics,the martial arts teachers of martial arts characteristic schools in Henan Province show that the proportion of male and female teachers is about 3.4%,the age structure is mainly young and middle-aged,the educational level is mainly undergraduate,the number of martial arts teachers is about 50% in 5 years and above,and the proportion of martial arts teachers in martial arts characteristic schools in Henan Province is about 3.4%.The martial arts teaching staff presents a good situation of youth and vitality.However,the number of professional martial arts teachers is lack,the structure of professional titles is unstable,the overall level of teachers is low,the level of teachers' scientific research is insufficient,the mastery of technical teaching methods is not comprehensive,the theoretical curriculum is unreasonable,and the opportunity to receive continuing education is less.There is a phenomenon of low level of treatment.In order to make the long-term development of the teaching staff,we should break the professional gap and introduce multi-channel talents to the school teaching;the appropriate policy is inclined to improve the treatment of the teachers of the martial arts;the supervision,evaluation,examination and competition mechanism of the teachers should be established,the professional skills of the teachers should be improved,and the teaching method of the diversified technology should be diversified.To improve the setting of the theoretical curriculum;to encourage the research of the subject of teaching and to set up a scientific research group;to focus on the construction mechanism of the teachers' ladder and to provide sufficient and professional teachers to promote the promotion and construction of the special school of the martial arts.The skill level of Wushu teachers is the key factor to promote the healthy development of Wushu characteristic schools.At the same time,it strengthens the training of teachers' characteristic boxing and promotes the spread of local characteristic boxing in schools.Advance and promote the inheritance and development of regional martial arts culture in Henan Province. |
