| In recent years,employment online recruitment platforms have emerged one after another,but while job seekers enjoy the convenience of online recruitment,online recruitment has also brought many problems.The online recruitment platform has been exposed to disclose the privacy of job seekers,which also brings the privacy protection in the recruitment process into the public’s attention.This is one of the risk perceptions of online users in the process of obtaining information from the employment platform.Correctly understand the risks in the process of obtaining online recruitment information in order to avoid risks and make efficient use of resources.The purpose of this paper is to study how to better provide services for job seekers in online employment activities.Based on the previous research on risk perception,combined with the research background,that is,the acquisition process of online recruitment information,and based on the Zhilian recruitment platform often used by the public,this paper hopes to explore and evaluate the risks in the use of online recruitment information through the application of questionnaires,interviews and other methods,so as to help job seekers identify adverse recruitment information.Finally,provide relevant suggestions for relevant subjects in the recruitment process.The specific research ideas are as follows: firstly,start with the relevant literature on the risk perception of network users in the process of information acquisition on the employment platform,and think about the background,purpose and significance of the research topic.Secondly,find out the relevant literature,find out the relevant theoretical support,analyze the current situation of Zhilian recruitment and the research status of risk perception in the process of obtaining recruitment information,and carry out the research on risk perception on this basis.Third,on the basis of literature reading and theoretical analysis,sort out the dimension Library of relevant risk perception.Several dimensions suitable for this study are selected or combined through expert interviews.Then decompose each dimension in combination with the conversation content with the interviewees,directly extract the influencing factors in each dimension,or summarize the corresponding influencing factors according to the key events.Fourthly,based on the existing questionnaire research results,further research on the perceived risk of the recruitment platform.Empirical research specifically includes data descriptive analysis,reliability and validity test,structural equation modeling,hypothesis test and analysis.Fifthly,according to the research results,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for online job seekers and online employment platform.The five risk dimensions obtained in this paper are information source risk,information quality risk,time risk,financial risk and psychological risk.Based on the APCO model,a hypothetical model is constructed,and the hypothetical relationship between these five dimensions is verified.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions for network users to rationalize the application platform information,rationalize the application platform information,enhance users’ information literacy,strengthen information security education,make good use of legal supervision and cooperation,and improve self psychological quality;Put forward suggestions on strengthening the awareness of internal and external network crime prevention and supervision. |
