The curriculum construction of the school is an important guarantee for the school to pursue the improvement of education quality.In the educational environment of pursuing characteristic school running and personality development,it has also become a common pursuit for the school to run education through characteristic courses and help the diversified development of the school.As a platform for rural schools to seek mutual assistance and development,Rural Regional Education Alliance has gradually developed in various places.Many schools take characteristic courses as the business card of school education in order to improve the curriculum quality of schools and change the weak situation of running schools.This study investigates and analyzes the current situation of school characteristic curriculum development under the Rural Regional Education Alliance,explores the development of characteristic curriculum under the Rural Regional Education Alliance,analyzes the existing problems and reasons,and tries to put forward countermeasures to solve the problems.Through the method of literature analysis,this study collects and arranges the relevant literature of characteristic curriculum development under the Rural Regional Education Alliance,and makes a theoretical analysis on it.At the same time,questionnaire and interview are used to study the current situation of characteristic curriculum development under J alliance.It is found that the development of characteristic curriculum under Rural Regional Education Alliance mainly has the following problems: the subject cognition of characteristic curriculum development is insufficient;The design of characteristic courses is lack of synergy;The openness of characteristic curriculum evaluation is insufficient.After analyzing the causes of the problems,this paper tries to put forward the following countermeasures: first,reasonably integrate regional characteristic resources according to the goal orientation of rural regional alliance;Second,make use of the main negotiation characteristics of Regional Education Alliance to build and develop a diversified evaluation system;Third,relying on the curriculum resources of Rural Regional Education Alliance,build a team of characteristic curriculum development teachers;Fourth,tap the organizational advantages of Rural Regional Education Alliance and build a community of characteristic curriculum development.
