In recent years,mental health problems have been paid more and more attention,and psychological research on children has also emerged.However,in the research on children's psychology,voices from children are seldom heard.Although "children perspective" research is ongoing,more voices are heard from teachers and parents in the field of children's psychological.As is known to all,psychology is a subjective and inner feeling,if a research is not based on the voices of the children,which is the subject of it,the conclusions will not be truthful and the proposals will not be targeted.It can be found in the literature that an important branch in the field of psychology,"pressure",is generally ignored in childhood.The fact that people believe children are not supposed to be stressed may aggravate the pressure of young children.Therefore,this paper is based on the perspective of children and chooses children as the research object.The main contents of this paper are children's cognition of pressure,sources of pressure and coping strategies.It is aimed to hear from children extensively,and explore their real opinions and feelings.This paper looked into a private kindergarten in Dongguan City,Guangdong Province,and conducted interviews on a total of 54 large-class children in four classes of the kindergarten.The grounded theory is used as the guiding theory and a "bottom-up" analysis method is adopted.A total of 341 codes and 611 reference points were obtained,and 15 initial categories,three main categories,and one core category were abstracted.The research conclusions are as follows:1.In terms of the current situation of psychological pressure,the research results show that the vast majority of children have a certain degree of psychological pressure,but most of them are at light to moderate pressure levels.2.In terms of psychological pressure cognition,the research results show that children have poor cognitive ability of psychological pressure,and there are more children without "psychological pressure" cognition.3.In terms of psychological pressure sources,the research results show that the main sources of pressure for children are discipline and punishment from adults,peer interaction,interpersonal relationship and interaction with family members,self-recognition and evaluation,and other pressure from life.Meanwhile,each child may have multiple sources of pressure.4.In terms of psychological pressure coping strategies,the research results show that positive self-solving strategies are the most commonly used by children when facing psychological pressure,followed by seeking help,negative self-solving strategies and submission,and a small number of children have no coping strategies.5.The research results show that children will adopt different coping strategies in different situations,but nearly half of them think that their strategies are not effective.Finally,this paper discusses the psychological pressure,pressure cognition and pressure sources of children.Based on the results and discussions,suggestions for education are put forward from the perspective of kindergarten,teachers and families respectively.
