| With the continuous advancement of the education modernization,the micro-lecture has significantly contributed to the realization of education modernization and diversification of education modes.As the theoretical and practical research on micro-lecture deepen step by step,the micro-lecture has been gradually widely applied,while further study is necessary for the effectiveness of applying micro-lecture in teaching.This study is made to define the relevant theoretical research of micro-lecture,so as to provide theoretical basis and guidance for,and make reasonable suggestions on the effective application of micro-lecture in junior middle school physics teaching,and optimize the application of micro-lecture in physics teaching.Literature research method was used herein firstly,to sort out the relevant research of micro-lecture,differentiate the similarities and differences among micro-lecture,micro-course and micro-video,which are easily confused,and define the concepts of micro-lecture.Then questionnaire and interview were applied to investigate the effectiveness of micro-lecture in junior middle school physics teaching,with 201 middle school physics teachers from 58 middle schools in 16 districts of Tianjin investigated,in which 10 teachers and 10 students were interviewed.We have known the teachers’ and students’ understanding of micro-lecture and their views on its effective application by investigating,and also have made analysis and summary on the factors influencing the effectiveness of micro-lecture application,as well as throwing out suggestions on the effective application of micro-lecture in junior high school physics teaching.The results show that,firstly,teachers have known little about the micro-lecture and confused its concepts,which affects the effective application of micro-lecture.Secondly,the micro-lectures are of very different quality,with no high-quality micro-lecture;what’s more,the micro-lecture platform has not been constructed well,so the high-quality micro-lecture resources are only available for few teachers.Thirdly,since there are no professional guidance on making and applying the micro-lecture,teachers are not competent in making and applying the micro-lecture.Fourthly,there are different intentions of teachers’ application of micro-lecture,which brings about no real application of micro-lecture in teaching,and formalism in the construction and application of micro-lecture.Fifthly,many students are not familiar with micro-lecture,and they don’t know how to access to micro-lecture resources,even most students have never heard of it.Several suggestions are made as follows,to optimize the application of micro-lecture in physics teaching.First of all,resource construction shall be taken seriously to build a high-quality micro-lecture platform.Second,the content design of micro-lecture shall be improved based on the characteristics of physics.Third,training and guidance of micro-lecture shall be strengthened,to improve the professional skill of teachers.Finally,full implementation of the concept of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude shall be ensured to focus on the actual needs of students. |
