| The physical fitness of our youth has been on a downward trend in recent years,with poor endurance qualities being a common phenomenon among students.In order to promote the physical fitness of youth,the state introduced the sports secondary examination system,using the examination as a baton to reach the promotion goal,and making students 800 meters and 1000 meters as the mandatory items in the physical fitness test.In the process of running,the adverse physiological reactions due to acute hypoxia during exercise,and even the occasional sudden cardiogenic sports death phenomenon,make students disgusted and afraid of endurance running training.The key factor leading to this phenomenon is the lack of oxygen during exercise.Oxygenation interventions have been shown to be effective in acute and chronic ischemic and hypoxic diseases in medical research.Whether introducing oxygenation intervention into the endurance running training process can effectively reduce excessive exercise stress and improve the effect of endurance running training has become the research goal.The study explored the efficacy of oxygenation intervention in endurance running training,and provided new ideas and methods for future endurance running training of secondary school students.The study used research methods such as literature method,expert interview method,experimental method,and mathematical and statistical method.70(valid data 64)junior boys with deviated endurance running scores(1000m scores below70)recruited from Yangtse Island School in Nanchang City were used as experimental subjects to conduct 16 endurance running training sessions for 8weeks with 1 hour training time in each session free of charge during summer vacation.The recruited subjects were tested before the endurance running program1000 m experiment,sorted by performance index,and divided into 35 subjects in the experimental group(31 valid data)and 35 subjects in the control group(33valid data)using the serpentine grouping method.The experimental research design of experimental group and control group was adopted,and the experimental group was added with oxygen absorption intervention program,and the quantitative load step test and 1000 m endurance running test indexes were measured before,during and after the experiment,and the differences of test indexes were tested using two independent samples t-test and paired samples t-test to explore the training effect of oxygen absorption intervention in exercise on secondary school students’ endurance running.The experimental results showed that:1.A significant decrease(P<0.05)in heart rate at three minutes of the step test test in the quantitative load step test between the experimental group with oxygen absorption intervention and without oxygen absorption intervention.2.The results of the comparison of training volume during training showed that the mean exercise volume of students in the experimental group was significantly(P<0.05)higher than that of students in the control group since the 5th training session.3.After 8 weeks of training,the experimental group and control group step test heart rate showed a significant decrease(P<0.05)compared with that before training;after training,the heart rate of the experimental group was significantly(P<0.05)lower than the heart rate of the control group when compared with the step test heart rate of the control group.Using the step index comparison,the experimental group and the control group step index were significantly(P<0.05)higher,and the experimental group step index was significantly higher than the control group after the experiment.4.The results of the comparison of 1000 m performance measured before and after the experiment showed that the 1000 m performance of the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved before and after the experiment(P<0.05);the 1000 m performance of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group after the experiment.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:1.Intra-exercise oxygenation intervention can effectively improve the stress response produced after strenuous exercise,reduce heart rate,and improve the safety of secondary school students during endurance running training and testing.2.Imposing oxygen absorption interventions during endurance running cycle training can increase the exercise volume of secondary school students in a single training session and effectively improve their cardiorespiratory fitness level.3.The application of oxygen absorption intervention in endurance running cycle training can improve exercise fatigue and increase training density,which can more effectively enhance the training effect of endurance running and improve endurance running performance of secondary school students. |
