The nature museum displays a large number of animal specimens,plant specimens and paleontological fossils,together with colorful picture display and virtual display integrating graphics,text and audio-visual,which provides an ideal learning place for the teaching of biology courses and the popularization of biological science knowledge,and is of great significance to the ecological civilization education of teenagers and the improvement of biodiversity protection awareness.Through the methods of literature research,textbook analysis,field investigation,teaching and comparative analysis,this study makes a preliminary exploration on how to use the curriculum resources of Inner Mongolia nature museum in the first volume of biology in Grade 8 of junior middle school in Hohhot S middle school.Firstly,analyze the teaching content of the first volume of biology in Grade 8 of junior middle school,be familiar with the teaching content of each chapter,and select the appropriate content that can be combined with the curriculum resources of Inner Mongolia nature museum for teaching practice.Secondly,the biology curriculum resources of Inner Mongolia nature museum are investigated,recorded and analyzed.According to the teaching content and the current situation of the existing curriculum resources of Inner Mongolia Nature Museum,the two teaching contents of "bird" and "mammal" in Volume 1 of Grade 8 biology of junior middle school are selected.Combined with the curriculum resources of Inner Mongolia Nature Museum,the teaching design and teaching practice are carried out,and the teaching process and results of "bird","mammal" and "activity class" are reflected.The results show that the biology curriculum resources of Inner Mongolia natural museum are relatively rich,involving many chapters in the first volume of Grade 8 biology of junior middle school.Among them,the teaching modules such as "observation and thinking","exploration" and "extracurricular practice" are especially suitable for using the curriculum resources of natural museum.The names and pictures of animals in the biological names and pictures in the first volume of biology textbook of Grade 8 in junior middle school are obviously in the majority,while there are obviously many animal specimens,especially birds and mammals,in the biological specimens displayed in Inner Mongolia Nature Museum,and the relevant introductions are also rich and diverse.This paper uses the curriculum resources of Inner Mongolia natural museum to carry out teaching design and teaching practice in the teaching process of "bird" and "mammal" and "activity course".After implementation,it is learned that teaching combined with the curriculum resources of Inner Mongolia natural museum can stimulate students' inquiry learning methods and improve students' observation and thinking ability,communication and cooperation ability and extracurricular practice ability,It helps to cultivate students' interest in Bioscience and plays a positive role in improving students' scientific literacy,environmental protection awareness and biodiversity protection awareness.
