In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi pointed out that our country should move from a country with a strong population in the world to a country with strong human resources and talents in the world.At the same time,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the State Council,the Ministry of Education and other relevant departments have issued many important programmatic government documents in recent years.In October 2020,the "Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council.The evaluation of teachers' deepening reform in the compulsory education stage starts from the major practical issues that are currently valued by all sectors of society and concerned by ordinary people.It is one of the important education and livelihood projects in China.The problem of teacher evaluation reform is highlighted as the only basis for evaluating schools and teachers on the basis of scores and enrollment rates,and the only basis for evaluating teachers' talents with academic certificates and papers.At present,it is imminent to optimize the method of teacher performance appraisal in the compulsory education stage,and governments at all levels are making great efforts to promote this work.This paper takes K Middle School,a junior high school in the compulsory education stage of City C,as the research object,combined with the knowledge learned by the author in the postgraduate stage,makes a preliminary analysis on the current situation of K Middle School,and conducts a key research on the existing teacher performance management of K Middle School.There are deficiencies and reasons for the existence of some teacher performance programs.With the help of the theory and practice of performance appraisal of middle school teachers at home and abroad,the nature and function of performance appraisal are discussed.At the same time,based on the analysis of the performance budget management of City C in 2021(the preparation of the performance target of W District),the overall project performance target and the project performance will achieve the effect.Through interviews,questionnaires and data analysis of K middle school teachers,it is urgent to optimize the performance of K middle school teachers.After expert analysis and demonstration,optimizing the performance appraisal of K middle school teachers based on KPI is in line with the goals and requirements of K middle school's strategic development and the characteristics of K middle school teachers' own development.At the same time,it puts forward improvement measures for the performance management of teachers in K middle school,and finds out a teacher performance management plan that meets the actual development situation and future strategic needs of K middle school.Based on the educational requirements of the new era,the author's actual work experience in three public schools in C city and the actual situation of K middle school,this paper analyzes the performance management of K middle school teachers and puts forward corresponding improvement measures.The research results are based on KPI for K middle school to carry out comprehensive Perfect teacher performance optimization provides theoretical basis and practical operability,and finally realizes more scientific and effective teacher performance in K middle school.At the same time,the author considers K Middle School's own development requirements and the internal structure of the organization,providing teachers with a multi-channel career development channel,stabilizing and improving teachers' work enthusiasm and related job skills and quality,and improving teachers' personal ability and work enthusiasm.,to make a strong guarantee and contribution to the strategic development of K Middle School.
