Some recent years,such as normal university affiliated high school,hengshui high school high school get good results in the college entrance examination in the almost became a synonym for the high school,many students in these schools are able to enter the "double top" colleges and universities across the country,and has a very high rate of the on-line,part of the school or even an online rate can close to 100%,It also means that most of these students are able to read a book.But on the other hand,it should be realized that most domestic high schools still can not achieve such a high enrollment rate,such as some remote county middle schools even undergraduate enrollment rate is very low.Aiming at the current situation of education,especially the development of county high school has become a difficult problem to the educational circle.Therefore,the county high school mathematics teaching design and practice of in-depth analysis has very important practical value.On the one hand,it helps to promote the county high school teachers to improve and improve their self-teaching ability;On the other hand,it can also promote the improvement of the overall level of county teachers' professional skills.This paper select M county high school in heilongjiang province as the research object,in the process of study fully combining literature research,case analysis,interviews and other research methods,for M county high school mathematics teacher's teaching design and practice of the basic situation and the existing deficiency in the process of in-depth discussion,makes every effort to be able to improve the county high school mathematics teacher's teaching ability to make a certain contribution.The main results of the research can be summarized as follows:1.Based on the questionnaire data collection and sorting,summed up the county high school mathematics teachers in teaching design link analysis of students' basic situation,choose the appropriate teaching methods,integration of teaching content,teaching design,teaching goal determination between different dimensions,such as the development of more severe imbalance problems.Among them,teachers are relatively poor in teaching process design and teaching objectives.Through the statistics and analysis of the background information of the investigation object,it is found that the county high school mathematics teachers' own conditions,learning conditions and teaching conditions are in the middle and lower level,which needs to be further improved.2.According to the ordinary high school teachers' teaching cases,coding and their teaching process,to draw a specific problems,the county high school math teacher,in teaching target timing,can grasp the teaching goal,to determine the difficult point of teaching goals,however,preparation before class,namely the establishment of curriculum objectives,a bit difficult,on the expression,The expression of teaching objectives is not clear enough.High school mathematics teachers in county towns may pay more attention to the generation of teaching effects in class.3.Through further questionnaire survey and interviews,the county high school teachers,their teaching environment is not so good,the teaching method is also learn,in old teacher that surface method is more onefold,because of the relatively far from the city,so in terms of training is mostly online training,the effect is not rational,the teaching idea is not new;In terms of school research and training,the school pays little attention to the organization of teaching research and training activities,pays little attention to teachers' teaching design,and the comments are not comprehensive.No one specially reviews the teaching design.The high school teachers in the county town make simple and not rich comments on children.According to the above conclusion,from the state and society,school,teacher individual puts forward three county high school mathematics teacher's teaching design and practice of development Suggestions: change in emphasis on teacher education at the same time to strengthen their theoretical knowledge of teaching ideas,the school to enrich research activities,the attention of the education department should strengthen the county teachers' training and training effectiveness.
