Promulgated by the Ministry of Education in the 2017 edition of the curriculum standard explicitly points out that,as a basic education course,chemistry is closely related to the development of daily life,social production,and science and technology.It is necessary to set up classrooms that allow students to develop in multiple ways,which will help develop students' core literacy.The core literacy of high school chemistry not only reflects the basic requirements of the educational value of chemistry under the background of socialist core values,but also shows the important value of chemistry to students' future development.Organic chemistry is an important branch of chemistry.The study of the structure of organic compounds plays a fundamental role in organic chemistry teaching,and is also an important carrier for students to develop core literacy.Project-based teaching is a new teaching mode with teaching concepts and characteristics such as "based on real problem situations" and "students as the main body of teaching".It can not only cultivate students' core literacy in the process of project learning,but also promote the professional development of teachers.Therefore,the author conducted a research on the application of project-based teaching in high school organic chemistry from the perspective of core literacy,in order to promote the transformation of teaching methods and the diversification of evaluation.By realizing the cultivation of students' core literacy in the classroom teaching of organic chemistry,it provides ideas for the subsequent application research of the new teaching mode.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background,determines the research purpose,meaning,content and method of this paper,and designs the research ideas.The second chapter is the literature review,the definition of core concepts and the theoretical basis of the research.By sorting out relevant domestic and foreign literature,it discusses the research status of core literacy and project-based teaching,and then defines the concepts of subject core literacy and project-based teaching.The related theories such as constructivism learning theory,pragmatism learning theory and discovery learning theory are expounded.The third chapter is based on the core literacy project type teaching the investigation of present situation of application of organic chemistry in high school,high school via the questionnaire star platform in-service chemistry teacher questionnaire,will effectively recycling questionnaire using SPSS22.0 software carries on the analysis,it also analyzes the survey results and the interview results of teachers from four dimensions: " teacher's understanding of the core literacy of the chemistry subject","the understanding of the project-based teaching","the relationship between the project-based teaching and the core literacy","application of project-based teaching in high school organic chemistry classrooms".The fourth chapter is the case design,implementation and result analysis of project-based teaching.The author designed a flow chart of project-based teaching design based on core literacy,and based on this,two project-based teaching cases of "Simulation of Making Thermos Bottles" and "Homemade Fruit Vinegar" were designed.Two parallel classes in the second grade of a middle school in Yan'an City were selected as the experimental class and the control class,and the project-based teaching and traditional teaching were adopted to practice them respectively.After the teaching is implemented,the application effect of project-based teaching is tested through test questions,and SPSS 22.0 software is used to process and analyze the test results for the recovered test papers.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.According to the analysis of the implementation results of project-based teaching cases,it can be seen that the adoption of project-based teaching can promote the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability and help to develop students' subject core accomplishment.
