Under the background of all-round development of quality-oriented education,carrying out colorful student association activities has become an effective way to enrich the construction of campus culture and cultivate students' interests and specialties.Colorful club activities enable students to gain more pleasant growth experience.Primary school community activities can not only broaden the knowledge and vision of primary school students,but also improve the communication and cooperation ability of primary school students,but also carry out the effective carrier of activity practice curriculum.t present,compared with the rich research results of college community activities,the research results of primary school community activities are few and far between.In recent years,the rise of primary school community activities in the process of development will always meet a variety of bottlenecks,so the study of primary school community activities has a practical necessity.At present,the community of S primary school is in the period of smooth development,with a large number of communities,mainly sports and art associations.The forms of community activities are mainly guided by teachers,and the venues and equipment are basically available for community activities.The guidance teachers of the S primary school community are arranged by the school and all of them are teachers of the school.Because the society was not established for a long time,the community activities of S Primary School encountered some difficulties.It shows that the development of community activities is unbalanced,the form of community activities is relatively single,the depth of activities is not enough and the management of community needs to be optimized.Dig into the root of the problem and find that the unscientific allocation of community resources leads to the unbalanced development of community.The weak professional ability of teachers restricts the richness of the forms of club activities and influences the enthusiasm of students to participate in club activities.Leaders and instructors have different understandings of the value of community activities,which affects the depth of community activities.Some communities are "superficial" and the effect of activities is not good.The lack of norms in community rules and regulations is one of the sources of community management loopholes.In view of the problems in the community activities of S Primary School,corresponding suggestions to improve the quality of community activities of S Primary School are drawn up: by improving the text system,establishing a supervision group,and improving the school system guarantee.Tutors should have professional awareness and take the initiative to improve their professional level.In addition,schools should provide professional training opportunities for tutors.The school macroscopically plans the development of the associations,guarantees the superiority of the associations,and supports the disadvantaged ones.Construction of hardware,mining resources,and promote the sustainable development of the community.The successful development of associations cannot be separated from the support of parents.Therefore,it is an important way to promote the branding development of associations to adhere to family-school cooperation and improve the quality of association activities.
