| At the 13 th meeting of the Central Committee for Comprehensively Deepening Reform,the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Adolescents were deliberated and adopted,and in September 2020,the State General Administration of Sport and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the Opinions.The "Opinions" advocates promoting the coordinated development of cultural learning and physical exercise among young people through a series of reform measures,and promoting the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports to return to the national education system.The "Opinions" greatly emphasize the importance of school sports construction in the implementation of sports and education integration,and guide a new direction for the reform of school sports.The in-depth implementation of the integration of sports and education needs to optimize and improve the school physical education curriculum.The middle school stage is an important stage for shaping the will and character of adolescents and cultivating their cultural literacy and physical quality,and the quality of secondary school physical education courses affects the development of adolescents in many ways.The current secondary school physical education curriculum system relatively ignores the table tennis curriculum,and the research results for the optimization of the table tennis curriculum at the secondary school level are lacking.This study investigates the current situation of table tennis curriculum in Changchun Middle School,and proposes a feasible optimization strategy based on the four aspects of professional resource construction,curriculum design,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation of table tennis curriculum in Changchun Middle School,with reference to the combination point of sports and education integration policy and school physical education curriculum construction.The method this study adopts contains the literature method,field research method,expert interview method and questionnaire survey method.By analyzing the constituent elements of the middle school table tennis course,this study try to find out the improvement of the table tennis course in Changchun City,and put forward targeted optimization suggestions.The findings of the study on the current situation of table tennis in Changchun Middle School include:(1)In the construction of professional resources for table tennis courses,table tennis teachers in Changchun Middle School have received less professional training,achieved few scientific research results,and have not fully mastered sports protection in terms of professionalism.The conditions of the school’s table tennis venue facilities vary greatly and are not sufficient.(2)In the curriculum design of table tennis courses,students have vague understanding of the value of table tennis,and there are differences between teachers and students on the expectations of table tennis course goals.The content design of the course lacks the explanation of technical tactics and the teaching of theoretical knowledge.(3)In the implementation of the table tennis courses,the course time setting is less,the common methods used by teachers in the classroom are outmoded,mainly based on skill instilling,and the school has less activities and organizations for table tennis training and competitions.(4)In the course evaluation of table tennis courses,the assessment content is mainly based on the basic ability test,the assessment form is single,the lack of theoretical investigation and competition form investigation,and the evaluation method is mainly the one-dimensional evaluation mode of teachers to students.Research on the optimization of the development of table tennis curriculum in Changchun Middle Schools include:(1)Strengthen the construction of the middle school table tennis teacher team,introduce professional teachers with table tennis-related backgrounds,and increase the opportunities for table tennis teachers in schools to participate in training and competing.Improve the table tennis facilities of middle schools.Realize the optimization of table tennis courses in terms of professional resources.(2)Table tennis teachers should establish a long-term sense of purpose,help students realize their potential,develop good habits of continuous physical exercise,and make teachers and students’ understanding of teaching goals tend to be consistent.Optimize the design of table tennis courses.(3)Use multimedia teaching methods,competition methods and other diversified teaching methods to teach,introduce technical means in the classroom,stimulate students’ interest in learning,and realize the optimization of table tennis courses in the implementation of the curriculum.(4)Promote the diversification of evaluation methods,strengthen the investigation of theoretical knowledge,actively use the competition form to test students’ learning achievements,add evaluation forms such as student evaluation,and realize the optimization of table tennis courses in course evaluation. |
