With the deepening reform of school health education in China,health knowledge has become prominent.Physical education and health courses are the main carrier courses of school health education and undertake the task of health education,The "Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards","Physical Education and Health Teaching Reform Guiding Outline(Trial)" and "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education Work in the New Era" regard "health knowledge" as one of the three major teaching contents,requiring students to master the health knowledge that should be known.To a certain extent,the level of health knowledge literacy reflects the students' mastery of health knowledge,and the relevant research in Qinghai Province needs to be improved.Through this study,relevant national policies can be implemented and provided reference for the further promotion of relevant government work.This study used expert consultation method,questionnaire survey method and other methods to compile the health knowledge literacy scale of junior high school students in Xining City,taking 1120 students and 30 health education teachers from 7junior high schools in five districts and two counties of Xining City as the survey objects,by understanding the level of students' health knowledge literacy,analyzing relevant influencing factors,combined with the reality of health education in Xining Junior High School,to provide strategies for promoting the improvement of health knowledge literacy level of junior high school students in Xining City.The investigation and analysis of junior high school health education in Xining City found that: Xining Junior High School Health Education Teachers need to be supplemented,teachers' health education ability needs to be improved;the form of health education is limited,and the form of health education in rural schools is relatively single;health education teaching materials are not equipped,and the content and form of teaching materials need to be updated;the content and form of health education are not comprehensive and unbalanced;health education lacks quantitative evaluation;and school leaders still need to strengthen the importance of health education.The health knowledge literacy level of junior high school students in Xining City was investigated and analyzed,and it was found that the total health knowledge literacy level of this group was only 40.2%,and the levels of various dimensions were uneven.Grades,residential schools,family attention to health maintenance,health knowledge learning cognition,health knowledge acquisition channels,and frequency of health knowledge application have an impact on the overall health knowledge literacy level of students,and the influencing factors of the remaining dimensions are also different.Through the investigation and analysis of the health knowledge literacy level of junior high school students in Xining City,combined with the health education of junior high schools in Xining City,it is believed that promoting the improvement of the health knowledge literacy level of junior high school students in Xining City requires the joint efforts of the government,schools,families and students.The government should increase publicity,expand the channels for teacher training,and ensure the investment of rural education resources;schools should attach importance to the deployment of relevant work,enrich the form of activities,improve the teaching team,optimize the evaluation method,and integrate multiple resources;parents should attach importance to health maintenance,create a harmonious family atmosphere,and family members should learn and communicate with each other;students should exert their subjective initiative and continuously learn and apply health knowledge.
