In the era of big data with rapid development of computer technology and network economy,statistical literacy is one of the basic literacy that citizens should have.Statistics serve every aspect of people's lives and provide theoretical support for people to collect information,analyze data and make rational decisions.As an important way to cultivate citizens' statistical literacy,probability statistics education has naturally received more and more attention,and people's demands on probability statistics education are constantly increasing,and higher requirements are put forward for teachers' teaching.Based on the cultivation of statistical literacy,this paper studies the content arrangement characteristics of the probability statistics module in primary and secondary schools,which is conducive to improving teachers' overall understanding of the curriculum standards and teaching materials of probability statistics,and then optimizing the teaching of probability statistics.The main problem of this paper is how to optimize the teaching of probability statistics in primary and secondary schools and cultivate students' statistical literacy.Specific research questions are: what are the probability statistics of each section of primary and secondary schools? What are the characteristics of the content arrangement? What are the statistical literacy requirements of the curriculum standards for each segment? How to further optimize classroom teaching?This paper mainly uses text analysis,including analysis of the curriculum standards of primary school,junior high school and high school and the contents of probability statistics in teaching materials;The conclusions reached are as follows:(1)Primary school probability and statistics pay attention to students' life experience and activity experience,statistical literacy requirements are low,mainly statistical knowledge;(2)The arrangement structure of the probability statistics chapter in junior high school stage is clear,the level is clear,the curriculum standard requires the teaching of the principle of diluting the concept of statistics,and pays attention to the penetration of statistical thought;(3)The curriculum standards in the high school stage put forward higher requirements for probability statistics.Judging from the results of statistical literacy requirements,high school statistics and probability pay attention to cross-integration of disciplines and situational migration,and try to cultivate students' data analysis literacy through situational migration application;(4)The knowledge of primary probability statistics is arranged by spiral,and the knowledge points presented are sorting,charting(bar and fan chart),average and probability;(5)The knowledge of probability statistics in primary and high schools is arranged in a spiral,and the knowledge points presented are simple random sampling,statistical charts,statistics,random events and probabilities.Finally,combined with the theory of cognitive development and the level of students' cognitive development,the teachers put forward the corresponding teaching suggestions.
