Since the new Chinese curriculum reform,the reading teaching in urban junior middle schools has made great progress,but the lag of reading teaching in rural junior middle schools has still become a rope restricting the development of Chinese subject in rural junior middle schools.How to improve this phenomenon so as to enhance students' comprehensive reading ability,especially in the context of the comprehensive implementation of Chinese textbooks,has become a widespread concern of rural Chinese teachers.The author has been teaching in rural junior middle schools for many years,and has learned the status quo of reading teaching and students' reading level.Teachers,schools,students and other factors restrict the development of reading teaching in rural junior middle schools.Combined with years of front-line teaching experience,the author is committed to exploring a reading teaching model suitable for rural junior middle schools,comprehensively improving students' reading ability and shortening the gap between urban and rural areas.This mode is based on the unit integrated theme reading teaching of part compiled Chinese textbooks.Taking the author's school as an example,this paper aims to explore the reading teaching suitable for rural junior middle schools.The paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.In this part,the research background and significance,research methods and research ideas of this topic are discussed in detail.At the same time,the literature related to this topic is reviewed,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent research of this paper based on the advanced ideas of others.The second part is an overview of integrated thematic reading teaching in Chinese unit.It mainly includes the meaning,generation and characteristics of the teaching mode of unit integrated thematic reading,in order to form the system theory of this mode.The third part is the analysis of the current situation and reasons of Chinese reading teaching in rural junior middle schools.The author analyzes and researches from teachers,schools and students in order to sum up the factors that restrict the reading teaching in rural junior middle schools and clarify the way for the implementation of unit integration theme reading teaching.The fourth part is combined with the above three parts of the theoretical research of rural junior middle school Chinese unit integrated theme reading teaching practice exploration.It mainly includes school background analysis,research on teaching strategy ofunit integrated theme reading,lesson type analysis and example of unit guidance design.
