Abstract/Summary:
In the report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,we no longer continue the past rhetoric of carrying out quality-oriented education,but replace implementation with development and develop quality-oriented education.This is not just a literal change,but an expansion in depth and breadth.In terms of breadth,it is necessary to expand cognitive ability to social emotional ability,take improving social emotional ability as a breakthrough to develop quality education,and develop quality education to a higher level.Used literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,the random sampling of three city junior high school students of heilongjiang province,based on the three city junior high school students social emotion situation investigation,to understand the present situation of the junior middle school students social emotion,and will the interview results of junior high school teachers and parents as an important supplementary content,further analyzing the data,From the perspective of positive personality education,the author finds out the main problems existing in the cultivation of junior high school students’ social emotional ability and puts forward effective strategies for improving junior high school students’ social emotional ability.Through the analysis of the questionnaire results and the follow-up interviews with teachers,parents and students on the cultivation of social emotional ability,internal subjective problems and external objective problems are found.The internal subjective problems include lack of confidence,lack of empathy,insufficient ability to deal with conflicts,weak willpower and weak collective management consciousness.External objective problems include parents’ lack of social emotional knowledge,teachers’ neglect of the cultivation of students’ social emotional ability,schools’ neglect of the development of students’ social emotional ability,and social atmosphere is not conducive to the development of middle school students’ social emotional ability.From the perspective of efficient and positive personality education proposed by Professor Wen Hengfu,this paper explores new ways and methods to improve the social emotional ability of junior high school students.First,to temper students’ positive attitude,leading social emotional development;Students’ positive feelings can be induced by setting up positive values,arousing positive emotions and cultivating optimistic interpretation style.Second,to develop students’ interest,stimulate social emotional development;By exploiting students’ advantages,supporting students’ interests and hobbies,building a display platform to stimulate students’ inner potential.Third,build positive relationships and create opportunities for positive experiences.Promote students’ interpersonal communication by cultivating students’ empathy,teaching students interpersonal communication skills and organizing group activities.Fourth,cultivate students’ spirit of win-win cooperation and improve social emotional development;Cultivate students’ sence of cooperation by promoting home-school cooperation and creating opportunities for cooperation.Fifth,exercise tough will,consolidate social emotional development;Strengthen students’ willpower through the power of example,physical exercise and learning to weigh the pros and cons.Sixth,improve action efficiency,increase students’ sense of gain and happiness.By developing the character of efficient action,helping students to achieve continuous achievements in action,learning to enjoy the process and results of action to increase happiness and sense of gain.
