Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Ice Hockey In Harbin

With the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics as an opportunity,the General Administration of Sport of China has issued the Development Plan for Ice and Snow Sports（2016-2025）.According to the plan,the number of schools featuring ice and snow sports in primary and secondary schools will reach 2,000 in 2020 and 5,000 in2025.In this context,Heilongjiang province youth ice hockey ushered in a great opportunity and space for development,youth is a new force for the future development of the country,is an important group to promote ice hockey.Harbin is rich in ice and snow resources,which has unique resource advantages for the development of ice hockey.Therefore,the development of ice and snow sports in Harbin junior high schools is of great significance to the construction of sports power.In this paper,by using literature,questionnaire,expert interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,from the ice and snow characteristic school basic situation,sports teachers and students to participate in training,ice hockey,ice hockey,ice hockey competition,ground equipment is equipped with seven aspects such as study,clear characteristics of junior high school in Harbin ice and snow of the defects in the school sport,And put forward effective suggestions and corresponding solutions.It provides theoretical basis and strategic support for the development of campus ice hockey in the future and promotes the sustainable development of campus ice hockey.The research conclusions are as follows:（1）Due to the economic development,education level and policy support of each district,the construction of snow and ice featured schools in some districts is not good,resulting in the uneven distribution of snow and ice featured schools in middle schools in Harbin.（2）The educational level and professional title structure of the ice hockey teachers in Harbin Junior high School are reasonable,but the level of the teaching staff is uneven,lack of professional ice hockey teachers,imbalance of male and female ratio,imbalance of age structure,low scientific research ability,and few training opportunities for ice hockey teachers.（3）In the teaching of ice hockey,most students love ice hockey and are willing to participate in it,but the number of times they take part in it every week is short and the number of class hours is small.The teaching method selected by the teachers is single,the construction of the ice hockey field is insufficient,the equipment is old and aging,not complete,and the teaching effect of ice hockey can not reach the expected goal.（4）The ice hockey training times of Harbin Junior High School with ice and snow characteristics are imbalanced,the training plan is not sound,and the learning and training time is short.However,due to the self-provided equipment,limited training funds and parents’ lack of support,students have to participate in the training for a short time,and the contradiction between learning and training still exists.（5）The ice hockey competition system of Harbin Junior high school is not perfect,the competition level is not high,the number of competitions is few,the reward mechanism of athletes is not perfect,and the enthusiasm of students to participate in the competition is not high.
