The General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the ' Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era ',which clearly stated that by 2022,physical education teachers should be well equipped,physical education should be fully opened and school conditions should be comprehensively improved.It can be seen that the relevant departments to match the determination and strength of physical education teachers,according to the requirements of physical education teachers,different regions and schools to take relevant measures,and achieved good results.This paper takes the physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Liuyang City as the research object.By using the methods of literature review,interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,96 physical education teachers in primary schools are randomly selected from 27 towns and one township in Liuyang City for questionnaire survey.The number,age,gender,education structure,title structure,workload and pressure,training and scientific research of local full-time physical education teachers are investigated.Some school leaders and physical education teachers are interviewed.According to the basic connotation of matching and strengthening physical education teachers,the current situation and practical difficulties of matching and strengthening physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Liuyang City are analyzed.Actively explore the rural primary school with strong physical education teachers countermeasures.The following conclusions are drawn through investigation and analysis :1.Understanding the basic connotation of physical education teachers should include not only the complete configuration of physical education teachers,but also the structure of teachers ' professional title,teachers ' quality,teaching ability,teachers ' workload,teachers 'training and other aspects.Alignment is the requirement for the quantity of physical education teachers,and strength is the guarantee for the quality of physical education teachers.2.Through the Liuyang rural primary school with strong physical education teachers found :physical education teachers with uneven distribution is mainly reflected in the proportion of full-time physical education teachers and students;the proportion of male and female teachers is reasonable;the age structure showed ' two big,middle small ';most of the physical education teachers have large class hours and heavy tasks;low wages and low satisfaction.Physical education teachers are not strong there is a single professional structure,less training opportunities,three years only to participate in 1-2 training of physical education teachers accounted for more;the level of scientific research is not high,nearly half of the papers have not been published;most physical education teachers have various pressures.3.Liuyang City with strong physical education teachers practice difficulties,mainly from historical factors,social and physical education teachers ' own cognitive bias;the management system of physical education teachers needs to be innovated,and the shortage is serious.The number of physical education teachers will not meet the actual needs.The access system of physical education teachers lacks professional standards,the access form is single,and the subjective randomness is large.The structure of teachers is unreasonable,the base of no professional title is large,and the age tends to be younger;physical education teachers training system is not perfect,training scope covers not wide training opportunities;school incentive measures targeted insufficient salary promotion and assessment has little relationship.4.In view of the plight of Liuyang City to match strong physical education teachers,put forward reasonable countermeasures : change social and school cognitive deviation of physical education teachers,improve the status of physical education teachers;promote the exchange of urban and rural physical education teachers,encourage the growth of teachers,reasonable arrangements for transfer;improve the team structure of physical education teachers,multi-faceted access to physical education teachers,broaden the way of talent introduction;improve the incentive mechanism of physical education teachers,stimulate the enthusiasm of physical education teachers,attract some excellent physical education teachers to enter the school management department;improve the physical education teachers training mechanism,encourage physical education teachers to continue education,improve the educational level;using scientific evaluation methods,improve the evaluation system of physical education teachers,pay attention to the open and transparent evaluation scheme.
