The basic task of biology curriculum standard for senior high school(2017 Edition)puts forward that the fundamental task of biology curriculum is to improve the core literacy of biology discipline required by students' lifelong development,which covers four aspects of life concept,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry and social responsibility.Compared with the previous biology curriculum,the new curriculum standard emphasizes the optimization of teaching from the biological teaching level Learning strategy,the cultivation of students' core literacy of biology is implemented in each class and every activity.The purpose of this study is to explore the significance of "task driven method" in cultivating students' core literacy in biology.Task driven method refers to a kind of learning practice in which students,with the help of teachers,around the common task activity center and under the problem motivation,carry out independent exploration and mutual learning through the active application of learning resources;while completing the established tasks,teachers guide students to develop a learning practice activity,which is a teaching method based on constructivism learning theory The teaching mode of "task as the main line,students as the main body,teachers as the leading" teaching mode,highlighting the "studentcentered",this study applies the task driven method to the teaching of biology in senior high school,in order to cultivate students' core literacy of biology by improving students' interest in learning biology,learning performance and cultivating students' scientific thinking ability.The research combines the concept of task driven method,related theoretical methods with front-line teaching,and formulates the relevant strategies of task driven method in high school biology teaching.The study was carried out in No.1 Middle School of Anlong county,Xingyi City,Guizhou Province for one semester.Senior one(13)and(18)with no significant difference in pre-test biological scores were selected as experimental class and control class.Task driven teaching focuses on Mendel's pea cross experiment(1)and gene directed protein synthesis.Through multi-level analysis of teaching content,teachers decompose them into specific tasks.Driven by the "task",students consult relevant materials,explore independently,cooperate in learning,actively ask questions,analyze problems,and solve problems.Teachers guide students to complete learning tasks.After the end of the teaching,the classroom observation,teaching effect,questionnaire survey of the students in the later stage and the academic performance of the post test were statistically analyzed.From classroom observation,student questionnaire survey and teacher interview analysis,it is found that students' interest in learning has been significantly improved,students are more active in autonomous inquiry,group cooperation and other learning;students' biological performance in the experimental class is better than that in the control class;students collect and process information,scientific inquiry and model construction in the process of completing tasks,which makes students' subject more active The ability of thinking has been improved.The research shows that the practical research based on task driven method in senior high school biology teaching can improve students' interest in learning biology,cooperative learning ability,improve students' academic performance,and help to cultivate students' core literacy of biology. |
