Physics is a very experimental discipline,and physics is characterized by physical experiments,which should play an effective role in junior middle school physics teaching.At present,the Ministry of Education attaches great importance to the balanced development of compulsory education and the cultivation of students' scientific literacy.However,due to various reasons,the effect of physics experiment teaching in junior high schools in rural areas is not satisfactory,which will affect the all-round development of students.Therefore,it is urgent to investigate the current situation and existing problems of physics experiment teaching in junior middle school,put forward reasonable improvement strategies,and stimulate students' interest in physics and cultivate students' scientific inquiry spirit and practical ability through rich and wonderful physics experiments.In this paper,the author's school is selected as the research object.By referring to the literature on physics experiment teaching in junior high school,the author understands the research of many scholars on physics experiment teaching in junior high school at home and abroad,collects and sorts the necessary literature and materials,and prepares the student questionnaire and teacher interview outline.Through the questionnaire survey of230 students in the school and the personal interview of 10 teachers in the physics group,through the distribution of student questionnaire,collection,sorting,analysis and other work,According to the results of student questionnaire survey and teacher interview,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of the three kinds of experiments from three perspectives,such as teacher demonstration experiment,student group experiment and extracurricular experiment,and puts forward corresponding strategies for the existing problems from three perspectives.The research results of this paper can provide some enlightenment for the front-line physics teachers in rural junior middle school of Wuqia county in physics experiment teaching,and provide some effective reference for their physics teaching.
