In the era of big data,many disciplines and even all walks of life are closely related to mathematics,which requires talents in the future society to use mathematical methods to solve practical problems in production and life.Mathematical modeling is a bridge between the objective world and mathematics.The 2017 ordinary high school mathematics curriculum standard clearly puts forward that we should pay attention to the mathematical modeling consciousness and modeling ability of high school students.Mathematical modeling is an essential mathematical core quality of high school students.Shanghai Education Press published the new curriculum standard high school mathematics textbook in 2020,in which the mathematical modeling module occupies a great space(a total of 7 books,the fourth compulsory volume and the third optional compulsory volume are mathematical modeling content).At present,most of the other versions of high school mathematics textbooks scatter the content of mathematical modeling in each unit chapter,and this version of textbooks makes the content of mathematical modeling independent,clearly showing the complete context of the content of mathematical modeling,which is of great significance.The problems studied in this paper are:(1)the current situation of mathematical modeling teaching in senior high school after the introduction of the new curriculum standard teaching materials;(2)The current situation of high school students' mathematical modeling literacy;(3)How to carry out classroom teaching of mathematical modeling in senior high school.The research methods used in this paper are: literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and case analysis method.The overall level of mathematical modeling is lower than that of junior high school students(1)the overall level of mathematical modeling is lower than that of senior high school students,but girls are still at a higher level than that of senior high school students(2)the overall level of mathematical modeling is lower than that of senior high school students.(3)The classroom teaching of mathematical modeling should be carried out step by step according to the level of students and the three stages of modeling cognition,modeling ability and modeling application.With the use of new teaching materials,how to carry out effective mathematical modeling teaching is a new challenge for many front-line teachers.Combined with the2020 high school mathematical modeling textbook,this paper analyzes three teaching cases of mathematical modeling content in detail,so as to provide reference for frontline teachers to explore effective mathematical modeling teaching strategies.
