| Red Star over China is the first documentary work selected into the junior middle school Chinese textbook.Teachers should set teaching based on the style,clarify reading strategies of documentary works,design teaching plans,and guide students to understand Red Star over China.Research on the reading teaching about Red Star over China has achieved certain results,but there are still shortcomings: the reading strategy of news documentary works is not clear,the development of curriculum resources is not sufficient,the expression of teaching goals is vague,the study of reading process guidance is not enough,and the research on process evaluation design is insufficient,etc.Therefore,it is necessary for researchers to develop reading teaching strategies for reference.The paper consists of four chapters.The introduction presents the origin,significance,methods of the research.I study the current status through literature research,and defines the concept.The first chapter is a survey of the reading teaching status about Red Star Over China.I understand the status quo through questionnaires,interviews and case studies.Teachers have accumulated some excellent experiences in practice.Teachers develop micro-classes,organize investigations and guide students to transfer the methods of the news to Red Star over China.However,there are also some problems.Some teachers Have not realized the importance.Reading guidance lacks style and learning pertinence,and the assignments are homogenized.The results of teaching research also lack systemicity.When students read this book,they lack reading interest,do not fully grasp the reading strategies of documentary works,and fail to write targeted annotations.Some students will not read other documentary works to practice the acquired strategies.I designed teaching strategies specifically to help teachers and students solve problems.The second chapter is the reading strategy of news documentary works.I expound the reading strategies of four news documentary works in combination with specific content: 1.Use the preface,postscript and catalog to get the overall impression.2.Grasp the facts and sort out development clues.3.To appreciate the attitude and grasp the point of view to perceive the author’s position.Fourth,understand the content by combining photographic works and maps.The third chapter is the preparation for reading teaching.It analyzes the documentary value and teaching value of this book as a masterpiece.The teaching value includes the development of reading ability and spiritual growth.Students can master the reading strategies of news documentary works and learn revolutionary spirit from the Red Army and internationalism spirit from author.I have also developed teaching resources.The photographic works in the book can enable students to have a vivid understanding of the content,and the oil paintings and film and television dramas created based on the book can be used for cross-border reading,so that students can deeply understand the book.The fourth chapter designs teaching strategies from four levels: the positioning of teaching purposes,the selection of learning experiences,the guidance of the whole reading process and evaluation.It helps teachers to optimizes the teaching design.The reading teaching about Red Star over China has the characteristics of curriculum.Teachers should design long-term goals and continuously break them down to classtime goals,and guide reading teaching with clear and detailed goals.The learning experiences of this book includes three aspects: description of living environment,application of narrative skills,and character creation.Teachers should induct students in the whole process of reading.In the initial reading stage,teachers should lead students to learn to examine and read,and stimulate students’ interest through Snow’s humorous style and legendary image of the Red Army,and guide students to transform their interest into learning drive through reading value analysis.In the through-reading stage,teachers should induct students to develop a reading plan and develop a reading task list to guide the reading of each chapter.In the study stage,students to explore the topic,enter the stage of analysis and reading,and form reading results.Teaching evaluation should run through the whole process of reading the whole book.Teachers should make full use of process evaluation,and guide students sort out the reading results with growth portfolio.Teachers should design grading standards to provide a basis for students’ self-evaluation.Teachers should also conduct summative evaluation based on students’ reading results.This research is looking forward to helping teachers make the teaching plan about the whole book of Red Star Over China. |
