The importance of reading the whole book has been emphasized in recent years,and some people even think it is the highlight of this Chinese curriculum reform.Ministry of the compilation of middle high school language teaching materials,"the introduction of famous books" plate arrangement changes confirmed the importance of reading the whole book.However,due to the special nature of reading the whole book,it is still difficult for teachers to fully implement it in front-line teaching.It is in this context that this thesis attempts to take the famous book "Camel iangzi" as an example to carry out the guiding research of reading teaching of the whole book.There are three parts in this paper,namely,introduction,body and conclusion,and there are five chapters in the body.The introduction part makes discussion on the research cause and significance of this thesis,summarizes the relevant research results of the whole book reading,and determines the research methods and research ideas.The first chapter is an overview of the whole book reading of middle high school novels,including the distribution characteristics of novels in middle high school Chinese textbooks,the theoretical basis of reading teaching in the whole book,and the teaching value of the novel.The second chapter is a survey of the recent situation of guiding in the whole book reading of middle school novels.First,it introduced the design of the questionnaire survey,then analyzed the survey results to understand the current situation,and finally summarized the shortcomings of students and teachers in the whole book reading teaching process,It found that students were lack of interest,were lack of internal drive,made the utilitarian purpose of reading,had impure motivation,were lack of metacognition the reading process and other issues;In the aspect of guidance,teachers have problems such as single guidance method,random evaluation,concept and practice unsuitable.The third chapter expounds the preparation of the pre-guidance stage of reading teaching in the whole book from the aspects of book purpose determination,the formulation of teaching objectives,reading plan and course arrangement,and takes Camel Xiangzi as an example for design.The fourth chapter expounds the teacher's guidance in the whole book reading teaching,starting from the three main stages of concrete implementation,namely,through-reading combing,careful reading analysis,study and discussion,combined with the basic elements of the novel,the novel's plot,characters,language and the main thrust of the study of the guiding design.The fifth chapter shows and communicates the results of the students' output in the whole book reading process and forms the reflection on the teaching work guidance on the basis of the previous article.
