Influencing Factors Of College Students' Willingness To Use Online Health Information Services

Due to the greater academic and work pressure,irregular life and rest,lack of health knowledge and other reasons,have caused many problems in the physical and mental health of college students,and college students' demand for health protection is increasing day by day.As a group receiving higher education,college students have a higher acceptance of online health information services and are more willing to use online health information services.Therefore,college students are one of the main groups using online health information services.However,the online health information service platform still has some problems,such as miscellaneous health information content,uneven information quality and lack of information authority,which hinder college students' willingness to use online health information service to a certain extent.In order to deeply understand college students' willingness to use online health information services,it is necessary to study the factors influencing college students' willingness to use online health information services.First of all,the research background and significance of online health information service were interpreted.By combing the literature in relevant fields at home and abroad,the research framework and research methods were determined.Then,the theoretical basis of health information related theories,the connotation of online health information service and the UTAUT model were analyzed.Second,to determine the will of online health information service,on the basis of relevant theories and the connotation,analyzes the online health information service performance expectations,the efforts of expectation,social influence,trust and perceived risk related variables,such as,in turn,determine the corresponding influence factor model,and then on the basis of the factors affecting the model put forward the research hypothesis,and carry on.Finally,this paper designed the corresponding questionnaire,and tested the reliability and validity of the collected data.Then,based on the theoretical model of influencing factors of the willingness to use online health information service,the structural equation model was used to conduct an empirical analysis of the data collected from college students.Through the empirical analysis results of the study,the scientificity and rationality of the relevant research hypotheses are verified,and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the development of online health information service industry and optimize the quality of online health information service.
