The "soul" of each school is the principal of each school.The principals play a vital role in the guidance of the school's prospects,the construction of the teaching team,and the development of students.From a macro perspective,if our country's principals take the path of professionalization and become an excellent “helmsman” of every school,they will surely raise the “sail” of the quality of school education and education management.However,most of the current research on principals in my country is focused on the field of post-employment training of principals,and less research on the pre-employment training of principals.Therefore,this research conducts research on principals' talent training from the perspective of pre-employment,hoping to make up for the lack of relevant research,in order to comprehensively improve the quality of principals' talent training and provide a basis for the reform of education and leadership training.The thesis uses the literature method,investigation method and interview method,taking H City in Heilongjiang Province as an example,conducts a survey on the content,organization,training,and appointment process of the principal's pre-employment training,clarifies the path of the principal's pre-employment training,and through The analysis of the existing problems and the reasons is to try to construct a more complete path for the professional training of principals.The survey found that the pre-employment training path for high school principals in H City,Heilongjiang Province is clear,and the training effect is at a moderately high level,but there are also the following problems: the pre-employment training effect of high school principals has a large room for improvement,and the preemployment training steps are not standardized.Convergence,insufficient pre-employment education management practices and pre-employment training tend to be basic and formal.The main reasons are the lack of the concept of pre-employment training,the imperfection of relevant policy mechanisms,the inadequate implementation of policies and systems of local management agencies,and the lack of theoretical support for the construction of preemployment training paths.Therefore,at the end of the thesis,strategies to improve the effect of pre-employment professional training for principals are discussed,including conceptual innovation,establishment of a principal talent training mechanism based on policies,establishment of a regional principal talent pool,scientific design of training courses,and a multi-dimensional and diversified integration of principal talent selection methods.On the one hand,I hope to provide effective suggestions for the training of high school principals in our country.
