| Self-confidence is an important factor that affects students when they complete a technical action.In this,the sense of self-efficacy is an important part of self-confidence.Since Professor Bandura put forward the theory of self-efficacy,it has become the focus of research in the field of psychology.Self-efficacy is a kind of inner strength of human beings when they carry out behavioral activities.Studies have proved that it will affect the performance of individual behavioral activities.In physical education teaching activities,the influence of self-efficacy on students is also very significant.In teaching,the sense of self-efficacy is a subjective judgment and expectation of students on their own ability,which will be generated before the concrete implementation of the behavior.However,it cannot represent the accurate behavior ability of students themselves,and the sense of individual self-efficacy will not be unchanged.Previous studies have pointed out that students’ self-efficacy in learning is related to specific learning tasks,the acquisition of effective learning behavioral skills and learning results.The period of high school students is the key period for students to form their beliefs about themselves.Students in this age group are in the late stage of adolescence but their physical and mental development is not fully mature.Good sense of self-efficacy can enhance students’ self-confidence in the process of learning,help students to achieve good learning results,and promote their physical and mental health development.This study through the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,observation,survey method,mathematical statistics,research methods such as high school students in the volleyball skill learning,self-efficacy and the characteristics of volleyball skills learning effect,the relationship between them and the function of the efficiency factors,the size of the relevant teaching Suggestions for future volleyball teaching activity.Through the analysis of relevant literature and data combing and observation,the following conclusions are drawn:1.After learning volleyball skills for a period of time,the self-efficacy of students in different learning environments is different.The self-efficacy level of students in the third private middle school is higher than that in the other two middle schools.There is no difference in self-efficacy and volleyball skill learning effect among students of different genders.2.There is a positive correlation between high school students’ sense of self-efficacy and the learning effect of volleyball skills.Students with high scores of self-efficacy also have better learning effect of volleyball skills.3.There is no difference between the self-efficacy of high school students in different learning environments and the learning effect of volleyball skills.4.When students learn volleyball skills,the contribution degree of self-efficacy is in the order of success or failure experience,substitution experience,verbal persuasion and emotional arousal. |
