As the subject of curriculum power,the operation state of kindergarten teachers' curriculum power in class context has an important relationship with the exertion of the actual value of kindergarten curriculum and the realization of the real effect.In order to further understand the specific power pattern and actual operation status of kindergarten teachers' curriculum power in the classroom context from the micro level,this research adopts qualitative research methods,in the form of a case,through the participative observation,interview,recording methods of collecting data,respectively,based on teacher course options,steer right,right of curriculum management,curriculum evaluation four class form describes the situation of teachers curriculum power operation condition of teachers curriculum power in class context.Through the research,it is found that teachers in A kindergarten have a preliminary awareness of curriculum power,pay attention to the exploration and grasp of childrens development opportunities in the course of the operation of curriculum power,and attach importance to the dynamic power of children as the subject of curriculum power.In the process of power operation,there are phenomena of absence and alienation of teachers curriculum power,and there are still phenomena of encroachment of childrens independent power.Individual teacher in children,the concept of education,curriculum,kindergarten curriculum idea,the guidance of park management style of leadership,colleagues in the course of recognition,support and cooperation,recognition and support of parents to the class curriculum,these are A kindergarten teachers curriculum power in the operation of the important factors of class context.The research thinks,in the context of class,teachers curriculum power is not the ultimate point to an infant development education strength,moderate mean for kindergarten teachers curriculum power development opportunities,certain as the main course is early kindergarten teachers curriculum power play the premise and foundation of active power dialogue is teachers curriculum power context,the main operating mechanism for the class.Finally,this research attempts to put forward suggestions to optimize the quality of the operation of curriculum power for teachers in A kindergarten.It is suggested to enhance teachers' awareness of curriculum power,strengthen the training of teachers' ability to exercise curriculum power,strengthen teachers' learning in curriculum theory,and strengthen parents' support and cooperation for teachers' curriculum work.
