Research On The Effectiveness Of Ideological And Political Curriculum In Heilongjiang Provincial Universities

Ideological and political education is an important part of socialist higher education with Chinese characteristics.The proposal and practice of the concept of "ideological and political curriculum" is undoubtedly the main starting point.Since2017,as a new concept of ideological and political education,the ideological and political curriculum has been promoted and implemented in universities across the country.However,up to now,the effectiveness of the curriculum in universities of Heilongjiang Province,the actual effect gained from those courses,the difficulty faced at present,and whether the implementation of those courses is practical are worth thinking and exploring.Therefore,based on President Xi Jinping's discussion of ideological and political education in universities,Marxist practice theory,and constructivist teaching theory,this thesis investigates and analyzes the current situation of the effectiveness of ideological and political education in eight colleges and universities of Heilongjiang Province by using literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,and summarizes that the current construction of ideological and political curriculum in Heilongjiang has made achievements in three aspects,respectively in improving teachers' cognition of this concept,initially forming the education mechanism of ideological and political curriculum and integrating it into Heilongjiang culture.It has found out the four common problems that the education mechanism has not yet formed as a cohesive force,the education function of the curriculum needs to be strengthened,the construction of the faculty needs to be improved,and the effectiveness evaluation system needs to be scientifically constructed.It has deeply analyzed that four factors affect its effectiveness: people's weak awareness,the "misunderstanding" of curriculum exploration,and the "weakness" of teachers' educational ability,the lack of overall promotion in colleges and universities.On this basis,the thesis puts forward five ways to improve its effectiveness: the premise of improving the effectiveness is to strengthen the concept of ideological and political curriculum,the guarantee is to improve education guarantee mechanism,the focus is to scientifically promote the curriculum construction of " ideological and political education",the key is to make a teaching team with "equal emphasis on morality and ability",and the difficulty is to establish and improve the multi-dimensional evaluation system for the effect of ideological and political curriculum.
