The number of private colleges and universities in China is increasing;Its school running level has been gradually improved,from tutorial schools to current undergraduate colleges and graduate education;Its school running level has been greatly improved.At present,the development of private higher education has entered a period of connotative development under the promotion of social trend and history.This paper aims to study the organizational identity of students in private colleges and its promotion strategies.The first part is to understand the current research status of organizational identity by scholars at home and abroad through the study,analysis and sorting of the relevant literature of organizational identity.The second part carries out the research on the relevant theories of private university student organizations,including the definition of relevant concepts and the introduction of the theoretical basis of this research.The third part carries out the investigation and Research on the current situation of students’ organizational identity in private colleges and universities.This part first designs the semi-structured interview outline of students’ organizational identity in private colleges and universities,selects 10 students in private colleges and universities to interview and sort out the interview results for analysis;Then,on the basis of previous studies,borrow the existing organizational identity questionnaire,and modify the questionnaire under the guidance of relevant theories to form a questionnaire of students’ organizational identity in private colleges and universities;Then,the investigation is carried out in private colleges and universities in Jilin Province;Finally,the relevant results are counted.The fourth part uses relevant software to sort out and analyze the data.The fifth part draws a conclusion and puts forward some suggestions to improve the identity of students’ organizations in private colleges and universities.The research method used in this paper is a combination of theory and demonstration,which involves literature analysis,questionnaire and interview,and uses SPSS 25 to analyze the data.Finally,it is concluded that the organizational identity level of private college students in Jilin Province is not high;Each dimension of organizational identity has significant correlation with organizational identity;The organizational identity of students in private colleges and universities in Jilin Province shows no significant differences in gender and age demographic variables,but significant differences in whether they hold positions and grades in demographic variables;The organizational identity of students in private colleges and universities in Jilin Province is greatly affected by three factors: the reputation of the school,the relationship between teachers and students,and students’ satisfaction with their majors.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions to improve the organizational identity of students in private colleges and universities.Students’ personal aspects include "learning and frequent communication",formulating reasonable learning and development goals,creating harmonious family and social relations,and adhering to dialectical thinking and judgment.Private colleges and universities include improving students’ self-management ability,providing comprehensive support for students,creating good communication conditions for students,improving the competitive strength of the school and strengthening publicity.
