A Survey On The Transformational Leadership Style Of Primary School Principals In The Era Of Education 4.

As education reform continues to deepen and education enter the information era,higher demands are placed on principals' leadership skills.Principals' leadership styles have a direct impact on their leadership behavior.This study is investigated the transformational leadership style of 179 primary school principals in city H for the education 4.0 era by using questionnaires and interviews,and finding some problems:First,the training system for transformational leaders is not well implemented.Second,primary school principals' informational capacity for transformational leadership is inadequate.Third,the vision and motivation of transformational leaders are not good enough.Fourth,principals lack the innovation capacity needed for change.Based on the problems faced,this study proposes countermeasures.First,improve the institutional construction of transformational leadership training for primary school principals,including establishing a dedicated center,refining the rules and regulations.Second,strengthen the development of principal information technology application skills:Increase funding,plan a national curriculum system,etc.Third,improve the effectiveness of primary school principals' vision incentive in school reform leadership,including strengthening their awareness of visionary motivation,creating a visionary school culture environment.Fourth,improve principals' innovation capacity.
