The ideological and Political Curriculum Standard for senior high schools(2017 edition and 2020 Revision)issued by the Ministry of education clearly points out that "political identity" is one of the core qualities of the ideological and political discipline in senior high schools.High school is an important period of shaping the world outlook,outlook on life and values.It is of profound significance to strengthen the education of high school students’political identity.High school ideological and political course(hereinafter referred to as ideological and political course),as a key course for building morality and cultivating people,is the most explicit,direct and effective main position and battlefield for cultivating high school students’ political identity.Political identity is a compound word composed of "politics" and"identity".The socalled political identity refers to the sense of identity and belonging generated by individuals or a group in a certain political life after they understand the current political and legal system,social ideology and class relations,and integrate this sense of identity and belonging into their own behavior,guide their own practical activities,make them consciously abide by the current social political and legal system,and support the mainstream ideology of the society,Align your actions with the demands of political life.The main connotation of political identity includes political cognition,political emotion,political belief and political behavior.Political identity education is a series of educational practice activities that the educational subject exerts influence on the educational object purposefully,planned and organized according to the requirements of the party and the state,so that it can gradually form correct political cognition,produce positive political emotion,strengthen political belief and implement it into action.The political identity education of Ideological and political courses in senior high school mainly includes road identity education,system identity education,theory identity education and culture identity education.Strengthening students’ Political Identity Education in senior high school ideological and political course is the internal need of the development of senior high school ideological and political course,the urgent requirement of implementing a new round of curriculum reform,the requirement of the times to serve senior high school students’ growth and success,and the urgent requirement to deal with the severe situation at home and abroad,which is conducive to the overall implementation of the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people.In order to better play the role of high school ideological and political course in strengthening students’ political identity education,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on teachers and students respectively.The survey found that the current political identity education has received certain attention.High school students have basic political cognition and certain political emotion,but there are also some problems in the political identity education of high school ideological and political students:some teachers lack the comprehensive quality of strengthening political identity education;Under the traditional classroom teaching mode,the education of political identity may be weakened and softened;The method of political identity education under the guidance of scores needs to be optimized;Negative factors in the social environment reduce the effect of political identity education.The reason why these problems exist is mainly affected by the following factors:the learning characteristics and physical and mental characteristics of high school students are special;Under the pressure of college entrance examination,the utilitarian tendency of school education and family education is becoming more and more obvious;The impact of external negative factors.In view of the problems found in the survey,the author probes into the educational path of strengthening students’ political identity in high school ideological and political course from the two perspectives of the teaching characteristics of high school ideological and political course and the learning characteristics of high school students:updating teaching ideas and improving teachers’ political quality;Strengthen theoretical education and improve classroom teaching effectiveness;Strengthen practical teaching and political identity;Strengthen synergy and optimize the educational environment of political identity.Finally,taking the creation,development and improvement of socialism with Chinese characteristics as an example,this paper presents specific instructional design to confirm the educational path.
