This study adopts the method of case study and selects the R school in H city as a typical case.Through on-site observation and in-depth interviews,it explores the promotion and deepening of school-based training in the context of basic education curriculum reform,and through in-depth observation of the reality of a school-based training in a small school,understanding of the school-based training in the training concept,training management,training content,training form and training evaluation practices shown in the training,in-depth analysis and description of its structure,aiming to explore a case "under a specific context In order to understand its uniqueness and complexity.” Then,using the SWOT analysis method to conduct a rational analysis of the R school-based training,and draw the following conclusions: key leaders,positive organizational atmosphere and comprehensive three-dimensional platform construction have become the internal advantage of R school-based training,and it is also the motivation mechanism that accompanies school-based training in an orderly manner;At the same time,it also shows certain problems such as lack of in-depth reflection of teachers in training,and existing evaluations are difficult to promote teacher professional development.The construction of school organization is not carried out in isolation.It is always closely related to the external environment of the school.After analysis,curriculum reform is the best opportunity for the development of school-based training.Modern information technology provides technical support for the development of school-based training.These opportunities urge R The generation and update of school-based training,and continue to accumulate energy for the development of school-based training.In addition,the excessive intervention of local education administrative departments and the increasingly competitive education ecology pose a certain degree of threat to the further advancement of school-based training.Based on the analysis and diagnosis of the existing model of R school-based training,it is necessary to seek strategic construction: first,strengthen community building in school-based training;second,promote in-depth teacher reflection in school-based training;third,Reconstruct the evaluation mechanism in school-based training.
