In recent years,with the rapid development of China's education industry,the potential of education and training market is huge,and all kinds of training schools emerge in endlessly.In such an environment of huge demand for education market,opportunities and crises coexist in the whole industry.This paper takes Harbin XDF school as the research object,combined with the development of the industry,analyzes the problem of high turnover rate of school staff.After affirming the importance of teaching staff for teaching and training schools,this paper expounds the negative impact of their turnover on schools,and analyzes various factors leading to the turnover of teaching staff.From the perspective of modern human resource management theory,based on the previous research on the factors of staff turnover at home and abroad,this paper determines the main reasons of staff turnover through the actual investigation and analysis of the school,analyzes from three aspects: external environmental factors,internal factors of the school and staff's own factors,designs and puts forward countermeasures,so as to reduce the staff turnover rate.In this paper,Harbin XDF School U-can Secondary School Education in-service and leaving teachers as the research object,from the basic situation of the staff statistics,corporate culture management,employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment,design a questionnaire to investigate the influencing factors of staff turnover intention.Then collect and analyze the sample data,test the reliability and validity of the data,get the validity of the questionnaire survey,and provide data support for the solution of the staff turnover problem.Finally,the factors of resignation are summarized and analyzed,and the feasible strategies of retaining talents are obtained from the actual situation of the school.Based on the actual situation of Harbin XDF School,this paper analyzes the management problems of the school with the theory of human resource management and the actual situation of staff turnover,which has a certain reference value for Harbin XDF School itself.At the same time,considering the loss of teachers in the teaching and training industry is more common,this paper has a positive reference for the healthy and sustainable development of other teaching and training schools.
