Primary school stage is the basic stage of compulsory education,and it is also the key period for students to develop good learning and behavior habits.The problem of students with learning difficulties is a universal problem in primary education,and the group of students with learning difficulties is also the key group managed by the head teacher.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the transformation of students with learning difficulties in primary school from the perspective of head teacher management.In the existing study of primary school students with learning difficulties,there are more studies on special students,less on ordinary students;There are more studies on large groups and less intervention analysis on individual cases.This research adopts the method of case study,selects the sixth grade Xiaofan as the research object,carries on the follow-up investigation to Xiaofan for about one year.In this paper,through literature research,a large number of research results on students with learning difficulties are consulted,which provides theoretical guidance for this study.In the research process,the author has made a comprehensive track record of Xiaofan's study and life,reproduced the specific situation of Xiaofan,analyzed and summarized the causes of Xiaofan's learning difficulties in detail,and helped Xiaofan to formulate practical transformation strategies,implement educational transformation and summarize the transformation experience.Through this study,the author hopes to apply the practice summary method in this paper to the future education and teaching work,and also provide some inspiration and reference for other primary school teachers to transform students with learning difficulties.
