With the globalization of science and technology and the advent of the information age,training innovative talents to adapt to the development of the 21 st century has become the focus of promoting international competitiveness for all countries.As an important part of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,primary school science and technology education plays an important role in helping students learn scientific and technological knowledge,form scientific world outlook and values,cultivate scientific spirit and master basic science and technology methods.Project-based learning,in the form of teamwork and the feature of multidisciplinary knowledge fusion,promotes the cultivation of students' core literacy by solving the problems in the real situation and becomes an important form of science and technology education at present.Based on the study and combing of relevant literature and domestic and foreign research results,this paper makes a deep study on the implementation status,preliminary results and main problems of science and technology project learning course in Qingdao primary school by means of questionnaire survey,observation,interview and experience summary,and analyzes the causes of the problems,And put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the implementation of primary school science and technology project-based learning curriculum.The survey found that the implementation of science and technology project learning in primary schools has deepened the curriculum reform,improved the curriculum structure,promoted the all-round development of students,cultivated students' core literacy,helped teachers' professional development,and realized the improvement of teachers' professional knowledge and skills.At the same time,the survey also found the following problems: first,the project curriculum design can not cover the whole period of students,mostly senior students.Second,The construction of school curriculum resources can not be planned as a whole,resulting in insufficient resources or waste of resources.Third,The curriculum evaluation system needs to be improved.Fourth,The implementation of the curriculum can not get professional support.Based on the domestic research results and the research on the implementation experience of project-based learning curriculum in primary school science and technology education,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of school management,such as building a science and technology project curriculum for all students,strengthening the construction of school-based characteristic curriculum,building a school curriculum resource management mechanism,exploring the development of subject integration teaching materials,improving evaluation methods and enhancing teachers' professional quality,Improve the problems in the implementation of science and technology project learning course.
