With the development of society,especially under the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic,public health issues have attracted more and more attention,and accordingly,public health ethics education has gradually entered people's field of vision.Under the background of this era,it is undoubtedly of great theoretical and practical significance to study the integration of public health ethics into the course of Morality and Rule of Law.The so-called public health ethics refers to the sum total of moral principles and norms formed on the basis of certain social moral values in public health activities in order to adjust and deal with the relations between various aspects and resolve such or other contradictions and conflicts.The so-called public health ethics education,in this paper,refers to the activities or processes of moral influence on teenagers in an organized and planned way according to the relevant theories and requirements of the socialist public health ethics with Chinese characteristics in order to cultivate the awareness of public health ethics and improve their public health ethics literacy.Integrating public health ethics education into the course of Morality and Rule of Law is not only the need to build a healthy China,but also the need to resolve the adverse impact of COVID-19 epidemic,as well as the need to promote health education in schools.The survey shows that not only almost all junior high school politics teachers are not very familiar with public health ethics,but also no teachers have thought about the problems of integrating public health ethics education into the course of "Morality and the Rule of Law".Based on this situation,we should stand on the height of improving the ethical literacy of teenagers in public health and promoting the construction of a healthy China,and promote the integration of ethical education in the course of Morality and Rule of Law in public education through the following specific ways:First,revise the curriculum standards and update the teaching content of the course;Second,the political teachers of junior high schools were trained on special topics to help them comprehensively and systematically grasp the relevant theoretical knowledge of public health ethics and deeply understand the significance and value of integrating public health ethics education into Morality and the Rule of Law.Third,flexibly use a variety of teaching forms or methods,such as situational teaching method,case teaching method,multimedia teaching method,etc.,to stimulate students' motivation and interest in the study of public health ethics,and ensure the practical effect of public health ethics education.
