At present,our country is in a great change that has not happened in the world for a hundred years,and it is also in a critical period of national rejuvenation.The ideological and political course in high school plays an important role in moral education,and undertakes the important tasks of "cultivating students' Ideological and political core literacy".It is conducive to promoting the development of students' core literacy,cultivating students' patriotism spirit and emotion,cultivating students' sense of responsibility and mission to their motherland,making them more firm in four confidence,enhancing four consciousness and establishing scientific world outlook,outlook on life and values.Senior high school students are the hope and future of China's social development.It is urgent to carry out patriotic education for senior high school students,which is not only the requirement of the times to cultivate qualified socialist builders and reliable successors,but also the practical need to implement the new curriculum standard of Ideological and political course and develop the core quality of senior high school students' political science.This paper uses the methods of literature research,observation,questionnaire survey and interview to summarize the basic theory and necessity of patriotism education in high school ideological and political course,and based on the survey data of questionnaire and interview of some students and teachers in three high schools in a city,based on the overview of the basic theory of patriotism education in the ideological and political course of high school,this paper analyzes the current situation of patriotism education in the new period of high school ideological and political courses,and summarizes some problems systematically from the aspects of education content,education form,education method and educational evaluation mechanism,and summarizes some problems from schools,teachers,teaching,and so on Students and other aspects have studied the causes of these problems,and then put forward the implementation strategies and suggestions of patriotism education in the new period of high school ideological and political courses combined with specific classroom teaching examples.This paper summarizes the problems and causes of the current patriotic education in high school ideological and political course.Adhering to the three principles of patriotism,loving the party and socialism,the unity of personal destiny and national destiny,and the unity of theory and practice,this paper explores and puts forward the systematic solutions of "clarifying the objectives of curriculum patriotism education,improving the contents of curriculum patriotism education,innovating the methods of curriculum patriotism education,and improving the evaluation mechanism of curriculum patriotism education",Strive to enrich the theoretical and practical results of patriotism education in high school ideological and political course,effectively improve the high school students' ability of combining knowledge with practice,provide useful reference for ideological and political teachers,and promote the implementation of patriotism education in high school ideological and political course.
