Mastering mathematical concepts is not only the foundation of learning mathematical theory knowledge,but also the cornerstone of developing students' mathematical thinking ability.Whether in primary school or middle school,the teaching of mathematical concepts should be placed in a crucial position,attracting the attention of students and teachers.Dubinsky,an American scholar,put forward the APOS theory which is suitable for mathematics concept teaching based on constructivist learning theory.This theory enriches the methods of concept teaching.Trigonometric function is an important part of high school learning,but it is difficult for students to master it because of its particularity.Therefore,this study combines the theory of APOS with the teaching of trigonometric functions.The content of the paper is divided into five parts:Part ?: Introduce the research background,content,significance,process and method.Part ?: By collecting and consulting literatures,the research status of APOS theory and concept teaching at home and abroad is sorted out.Defining the concepts of mathematics concept teaching and trigonometric function concept teaching.This paper introduces constructivism theory,and expounds the origin,connotation,model and characteristics of APOS theory in turn.Part three:Design the outline of teacher interview for trigonometric function,interview the first-year high school teachers,record the interview process and sort out the interview results.Based on the APOS theory,students' survey test papers are designed,distributed and recycled,corrected and counted,and the test results are analyzed.According to the survey results,students' problems in learning trigonometric functions are summarized.Part four: Analyzing the feasibility of applying APOS theory to the teaching of trigonometric functions from three aspects: the requirements of curriculum standards for trigonometric functions,the cognitive difficulties of trigonometric functions and the applicability of APOS theory.Summarized the teaching design principles that should be followed in trigonometric function teaching: the principle of respecting students' dominant position,the principle of integrity of concept formation,and the principle of exploring teaching contents.Combined with APOS theory,the teaching of trigonometric function concept is designed.Part ?: Narrating the research conclusion,and making research reflection.
