Research On Psychological Education In Colleges And Universities

In the new era,the primary target of the ideological and political education in universities is to cultivate people for all-round development to be excellent socialism constructors and successors and to cultivate people for nation rejuvenation.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the quality of the ideological and political education work in universities to create a new situation for educating university students.As an important part of ideological and political education work in universities,psychological education has the function to break the unbalanced and inadequate development of ideological and political education work in universities.This research aims to improve the quality of psychological education work and lay the foundation for university students in the new era,which is based on the psychological education in the "Shi Da Yu Ren" system.Based on a large number of related literature on psychological education,literature research methods and questionnaire survey methods are use in this research in which firstly the related concepts and functions of psychological education in universities is sorted out,secondly relationship between the psychological education and ideological and political education is analysed and then the approach to improve the quality of the psychological education in universities is explored.The result of the study shows that: First,the connotation of psychological education in universities is formed by the continuous enrichment and development of connotations from "mental health" to "mental health education".The function of psychological education in universities,as well as the consistent educational goals,value orientation and principles between the psychological education and ideological and political education in universities,determine the inevitability of psychological education in universities.Second,by studying the results of the psychological education related projects in the first batch of "Higher Quality Projects of University Ideological and Political Education Work",the effectiveness,the problems and their causes of psychological education in universities are summarized,which reflects the current situation of the psychological education work in universities.Third,from the perspective of ideological and political education,the student-oriented principle of psychological and moral education for university students,a three-dimensional education system under the concept of morality and cultivating university students and the optimization of the evaluation of the psychological education work in universities are the main goals to improve the quality of psychological education work in universities.The exploration of the effectiveness and problems of the psychological education in universities and the proposed three-dimensional construction of the psychological educational work path in universities in this research is with theoretical significance and practical value,which provides theoretical and practical references for improving the quality of psychological education work in universities.
