Purpose of research: From the perspective of promoting the all-round development of students,a systematic football experimental class construction plan is constructed,and the implementation effect of the football experimental class construction plan is tested to evaluate the impact of the plan on students' physical quality,football skills,academic performance and social adaptation.Finally,a relatively mature and perfect overall construction plan of football experimental class was formed,providing theoretical and practical guidance for the innovation of campus football development mode and the high-quality development of campus football activities in grassroots schools.Research methods: A total of 44 students(male 22,female 22)from the ball experiment class of grade 3 were selected as the experimental group of this study,while44 students(male 22,female 22)from other classes of grade 3 were randomly selected as the control group.The experimental group received one-semester intervention according to the designed football experimental class construction scheme,while the control group only participated in general school sports activities.At the beginning and end of the semester,physical fitness tests such as 50 m,sit-up and jump rope,dribbling and shooting around the pole,bouncing the ball on the instep,10 m accurate kicking and other football skills tests,social adaptation measurement,academic performance measurement and satisfaction survey were conducted.Descriptive statistics,independent sample T-test and paired sample T-test were used to analyze the experimental effect.2.The Delphi method was used to screen the indicators and the hierarchical structure was used to calculate the weight of the indicators.Finally,the evaluation index system of practical ability of students majoring in social sports guidance and management is established,which includes 4 first-level evaluation indexes and 16 second-level evaluation indexes.Results: After a semester of football experimental class teaching,1)after the test,the experimental group of 50 meters run(9.32±0.51 vs 10.27±0.69,t=-2.92,P < 0.01),one minute sit-ups(40.28±6.71 vs 31.09±8.79,t=3.77,P < 0.01),Results of one-minute rope skipping(127.40±17.63 vs 115.61±26.39,t=2.23,P < 0.05)were significantly better than those of the control group,and significantly improved compared with the pretest.2)In the experimental group,dribbling and shooting around the bar was21.27±2.72 vs 11.51±1.75,t=9.11,P < 0.01,and flipping the ball on the front instep was1.60±0.68 vs 5.66±3.62,t=-1.99.P < 0.05)and 10-meter kick accuracy(2.16±0.85 vs4.54±2.18,t=-2.12,P < 0.05)were significantly improved compared with the pre-test;3)In addition to learning adaptation(5.54±0.66 vs 5.39±0.74,t=1.88,P > 0.05),family adaptation(5.85±0.72 vs 5.48±0.71,t=2.87),P < 0.01),interpersonal adaptation(5.56±0.57 vs 5.32±0.64,t=2.79,P < 0.01)and overall social adaptation(5.42±0.74 vs5.10±0.80,t=3.65,P < 0.01)were significantly better than those of the control group.All indicators were significantly improved compared with the previous test;4)In the post-test,the average score of the two subjects of language number in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(92.29±2.75 vs 94.52±2.84,t=2.17,P < 0.05),and was significantly higher than that in the pre-test.5)Most of the students and parents of the experimental football class are satisfied with the material selection scheme,training scheme,management scheme and cultural course learning scheme of the experimental football class.Research conclusions: 1)The football teaching and training and cultural course teaching level of the practical support mechanism,the level of the joint mechanism of sports and sports,the level of the family and school,the level of the system guarantee mechanism of teachers,funds and security guarantee are the key factors that affect the effective operation of the football experimental class.2)Compared with ordinary class management mode,the football experimental class model can improve students' physical quality,social adaptability and academic performance more effectively;3)The football experimental class model designed in this study is more scientific and reasonable,which can meet the needs of students and parents;4)In terms of team selection mechanism,team entry and exit mechanism,team evaluation mechanism and class competition mechanism,football experimental class needs to be further designed and improved scientifically...
